I was a bit skeptical, and considered having my friends, and family help me move instead- but I'm so glad I did not, and can't imagine moving again without using movers. Sunny's team accommodated me on a short notice with reasonable pricing. They helped with the disassembling and wrapping of larger fixtures and furnitures, and worked so efficiently. Overall our experience was good, but I don't think I would use them again. A little background: It was a super hot day, and I felt bad for the movers. They didn't seem to have water or proper PPE for the weather. The positive: Movers were on time and ready to work! Items were moved carefully, but they probably could have used a third worker based on the items we had. I feel I was transparent with how much items we had including heavy items. The negative: Two movers were not enough based on the items we had including heavy items. The move took much longer than expected. Movers seemed really irritated the whole time, which I can't tell if it was from the heat or we did something wrong. Movers also left garbage behind and we had to clean up after. Usually the moving company will follow up after to see how things went, but we never heard from Nancy. Nancy also said she would come to check in during the move, but never did. We paid, and it was done. I think overall, it was a fine experience, but not to the level of other moving companies I've worked with before. Based on the more recent reviews, it looks like some improvements have been made which is great!

I solicited multiple quotes, and off the top of my head I know they came in at half the price of Fresh Start Movers (PS stay away from them lol! They were horrible and so overpriced). White glove quality with Mentor Movers though (And I am picky lol!) The crew was professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. I had reached out to several different moving companies and would say Jason was the most affordable option. On move-in day he and his team arrived on-time and got to work immediately. Since we were previously living with roommates our stuff was scattered between a few different rooms of the house. I was worried that would be confusing but they were on top of it! Some of our stuff was not packed well (including some delicate items) but they brought some gear and moved it with no issues. Upon unpacking we were impressed that not a single thing was broken! Pricing was ok but one of the workers broke an $80 item and he failed to mention it to the lead guy. I felt bad for the kid so I didnt complain but I felt a little jaded after paying $500 because I had to pay for their truck to be refueled from Petaluma to Santa Rosa and back. The only reason the price was lower is because I helped and had most of my items boxed, stored and ready to go which cut down the time moving stuff.

We were moving literally less than a mile from our previous house, with significant downsizing in property, square footage, and garage space. I called three local movers, and Kenny was extremely prompt, thorough, and friendly. He asked me several questions over the phone, and then scheduled a walk-through of the house beforehand to view how much would be moving, where everything was located, and to provide helpful guidance in preparing for the move. Kenny's price was extremely competitive, and on the day of the move he arrived right on time with an amazing crew of strong, kind, and very professional men who handled every item as if it were their own. The move took them a bit longer than he had estimated, in part because we had forgotten to show him a couple of storage areas in the previous house where there were several items to move - that was on us.
