Very convenient and clean with staff walking around eager to help. They even had shower facilities and staff at every bathroom to keep it clean. Although we were greeted by a not so nice lady at the counter. We were transit passengers with a layover a little bit over 3 hours and she thought we came early just to enjoy the perks. But she soon realised and let us in knowing we had no choice because our flight had just landed. Anyways that was a very short interaction. Because we got there at a time right before lunch so we got to enjoy the breakfast too. The food was hot coming out of the kitchen and fresh ingredients with a lot of items to choose from. Not to forget very sweet bartenders enjoying making drinks for everyone. We had a great selection of mocktails!! A luxury that makes your trip more memorable and worth it. Can't wait to hit another capital one lounge on our next trip

Access is granted by showing your credit card or your app. Guest are no longer complimentary and can enter for a fee. With so many competing lounges at this busy airport, the clear separation here is the food. During my visit I really liked the spicy tofu bowl, the guava hoisin ribs, and the kim chee pork gyoza. Head over to the self served buffet to grab your small bites. If you want to nap in the relaxation room or take a shower, make these reservations at the front when you check in. Capital One Lounge Denver gets five stars and many return visits. Note: If you still have room in your belly or want food for your flight, there are wraps, snacks, and drinks that you can grab on your way out. Utilize the paper bags to put your items in.

Generally healthy options. A few areas to get coffee and sparkling water. Plenty of seating options, bar height, dining tables, couches and chair options. The shower was great as I had many delays and needed to freshen up. The brand of toiletries is high end and smell wonderful (if you're into essential oils which I am.). Buffet Servers and greeters are always friendly. Bartenders don't seem in a rush and aren't very friendly which is baffling to me and takes this review from 5 to 4 stars. They were celebrating their anniversary not too long ago and had some nice candies available. On my last visit I received a bottle of hand sanitizer cobranded by Clear. Christiana checked me in on my most recent visit and was a gem. You can tell she loves her job and is proud of the lounge and all they offer. My only suggestion - add more power outlets. Several tables do not have chargers and it can be challenging to find one when the lounge is full.

Some of the things I like about this location over others, it has two bars. So the capacity is much greater than the Houston Centurion. They also have a cook to order grill, that delivers freshly cooked specials each day. Today it was a customizable Mac and cheese. The regular trough food is pretty good as well. Did I tell you drinks and food are included? If you fly more than twice a month, and there is a Centurion club in the connecting hub the Amex Platinum card will pay for itself. Everyone here seems to act like they are the reason this club is here. Is that entitlement? With connection flights, the crowd is constantly turning over. There is much seating with bar, high table, low table, and a 'kids' area to keep the noise down. It took me 33 minutes to get in on the waiting list today. The clubs secret seems to have leaked out. Highly recommend!

His attention to detail and the way he interacts with the patrons coming in and out of the airport is pretty impressive. He checked in several times with everyone and ran a super clean and friendly environment. I had a couple mezcal paper planes that were extremely well crafted and we struck up a pretty great conversation about Mexico and tequila. The food here is TOP notch, which I was surprised by. They make a ton of stuff in house that was very refreshing for an airport joint. He was saying the Chicken salad Sandwich was really great. Can't wait to come back and give it a try. Thanks Jim! Hope you're here next time

The dark-haired bartender responded with an extremely hostile attitude when we tried to order. We were told that the poke bowl (around $30) could not be made until 11:00 AM, despite it being 10:45 and the menu stating nothing about this restriction. When we asked if we could order it ahead of time and receive it at 11, she snapped, "NO, we can't even ring it in until 11," and then told us to wait outside. We complied initially, then sat quietly at an empty table near the hostess stand, completely out of the way. Shortly after, my friend informed us that the manager had approved placing the poke bowl order before 11. We paid, tipped, and sat back down briefly while waiting for the food. Within two minutes, the same bartender aggressively approached us and yelled for us to leave and wait outside. When my boyfriend calmly explained that we were simply waiting for food we had already paid for, she responded, "I don't care, you can go wait outside," and essentially kicked us out of the restaurant. This happened despite us being seated out of the way and not disrupting service, and in a high-traffic airport area where her reaction caused more disruption than our presence ever did. To make the interaction even stranger, after we waited outside, a male bartender brought us our food, handed it to us, and said "peace out" in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional food service experiences I've ever had. I've worked in the food industry for 12 years and attended culinary school, so I understand pressure and policy. This was not that. This was unnecessary hostility, poor communication, and a complete lack of basic professionalism.

It's rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire environment just by being who they are. She is, without a doubt, an outstanding representation of what the United Club experience should be. If every location had someone like Charlie, the bar would be incredibly high. The space comes across as nice, clean, and inviting, which makes it an easy place to relax before a flight. The updated look gives it a fresher, more comfortable feel, and it works well as a break from the usual airport rush. Overall, a good stop in Denver if you have access and want a cleaner, more welcoming place to wait out your flight.
