There was an assistant to help, but then when computer welcomed me in, he told me I was good to enter. The lounge was quite spacious, but due to my injury, I just stayed in the bar area. I took an old fashioned for my drink, and it was strong enough to cure the injury blues. I mostly spoke with the other guests and watched the world cup soccer match. I also grab some Thai chicken curry soup, which was so good as it had a good amount of spice to it. Unfortunately, my right arm was hurting a lot, so I didn't eat much other then the soup. The bathroom was quite clean and even upscale. Nice smelling bath products were three too. Because there is no priority pass lounge, having access to this was a godsend. I am now thankful that I get 10 personal passes per year when I fly Delta non basic economy class or higher with my American Express Platinum card. I definitely want to try the lounge in Orlando now. Because it's in the center of the concourse, the only windows open up into the lobby, not the outside. The food wasn't as impressive here as other places. For breakfast, some basic egg muffins (we call them egg discs), sausage, some potato wedges, waffles. No cheese of any kind! Potatoes and no cheese? Bummer. The bar is typically stocked. The bartender was personable and helpful. Bathrooms are large and clean. Right in the middle of all the Delta A gates.

Take the escalator to the upper level and you will be welcome by the nicest representatives. There are plenty of bar stool seats, tables and couches, including shower room and working room. I didn't have any issue finding a seat as staffs are non-stop clearing and cleaning tables. Capital One Lounge are known for their delicious food and Denver location did not disappoint. I love the mini individual servings and unique dishes. I was ravenous after my first leg flight. The pork bao was exactly what I needed. I also really enjoy the quinoa salad and California poke. The yuzu lemon beignet was such a surprise sweet treat. The bartender made an excellent cocktail, Hot Aspen with vodka, ginger, honey, cucumber and something else. It was the right amount of spicy (from the ginger) and sweetness. Lastly, don't sleep on the grab and go section. If you have a short connection or long second leg, grab the packaged sandwiches, salads, yogurts, cookies and nuts! Tip: If your flight depart from Concourse B, allow at least 20 min to walk and take the train. Denver Airport is massive!

You can enter this lounge with a Cap 1 Venture X card or by paying a fee with your regular Venture card. Guests are an additional $45. Everything is complimentary once inside. The biggest downside of this lounge is the capacity. They pack this thing to the brim. So after waiting for nearly 2 hours to enter, even when you are inside, it feels crowded. Almost every seat was taken, and many travelers were taking up way more than their fair share of space, with their bags often taking up a seat of their own. Unfortunately, staff didn't seem to care about this and let travelers do whatever they wanted. It just didn't feel nearly as "luxury" as my visit to the LAS lounge. The good news is this didn't impact the rest of the experience. There was plenty of food, and it was all good. They kept everything very clean. The bathrooms are single-stall and very nice. The bar was efficient and had plenty of great alcoholic and NA options. On the way out, you can grab a warm cookie or the classic grab-and-go like sandwiches, small treats, etc. While this lounge is certainly better than hanging in the terminal, be wary of the crowds and long wait times, and know that the "luxury" experience you might be seeking won't be found at this location.

The did turn away a few people who could not show proof. Since this is volunteer run and not financially supported by the military, the food was minimal with snacks. Pluses: a playarea for the kids and a few private rooms to relax which we used away from military families so it was quiet. Not a bad place for layover . Note:they will be moving to a larger more updated space in the next few weeks.

Guest Experience Feedback -- Denver Centurion Lounge, Concourse C…read moreI would like to share feedback about an experience my sister and I had at the bar in the Centurion Lounge at Denver International Airport. My intention is not retaliation or revenge. I am sharing this because I believe American Express has a responsibility to ensure that every Card Member is treated with dignity, consistency, and respect. My experience with the bar attendant, Lindsay, was particularly concerning. I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly in a manner that appeared to be related to my accent, language, or background. I am an American citizen who was born in Europe, and I am proud to be an American. Because of this experience, I was left with the impression that I may have been subjected to linguistic and/or racial discrimination. I recognize that I cannot know another person's intent, but the way the interaction occurred made me feel singled out and unwelcome. During our visit, my sister and I were apparently restricted to a very limited number of drinks over a period of hours, without what I understood to be a clear or consistently communicated explanation. Later, after a male bartender, Jessie, served me during the last call before the bar closed, Lindsay followed me to my table and removed the drink that I had in my possession while I was tasteful savoring every drop of the exquisite ambiance in my slow nocturnal travel after a long day driving and morning flight with consecutive another overnight flight. I found this interaction humiliating and inappropriate. I want to make an important distinction: Jessie provided excellent service. He was professional, courteous, and respectful. In my opinion, Jessie is a top-of-the-line bartender and deserves recognition for his professionalism and bartending skills. His service demonstrated exactly the type of hospitality I would expect from an American Express Centurion Lounge. After I raised the issue with Jessie and with the lounge supervisor just asking what is her name due to missing name tag, Lindsay subsequently came to my table and handed me a piece of paper apparently intended to make sure I knew how to spell her name correctly. Regardless of her intention, the way this was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational and added to an already uncomfortable experience. My recommendation to American Express I am not asking for revenge or punishment. I would instead encourage American Express to review this interaction and consider additional training for lounge staff regarding: Consistent and transparent communication of alcohol-service policies. Equal treatment of guests regardless of accent, nationality, ethnicity, or language. Appropriate ways to address a guest when service is being restricted or a drink needs to be removed. De-escalation and respectful communication when a guest raises a service concern. Maintaining the high level of professionalism demonstrated by employees such as Jessie. The Centurion Lounge represents the American Express brand, and I hope that future guests--regardless of where they were born or how they speak English--will feel equally respected and welcome. I am providing this feedback in good faith and with the hope that it can be used constructively to improve the guest experience. Revenge is not my objective; respectful treatment and better service are.

Both floors have its own complementary coffee bar, buffet and full-service bar (standard house drinks are complementary, premium options are available for purchase). The food is decent, the typical soup and salad, sandwiches, cooked veggies, pasta and meat. Despite having two floors, the lounge still became quite crowded, so it didn't feel as relaxing as you'd hope. Overall, we enjoyed our visit especially since access was a perk of our credit card. Would I pay $50 per person just to use this lounge? Probably not.
