The image shows a screenshot of a text message from Skin Science, a dermatology clinic, with a scheduled appointment on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:45 PM. The message includes a contact phone number, instructions to call to change the appointment, and an option to opt out of future messages. The phone screen displays typical messaging app elements, including the time, battery status, and a call duration indicator.

Had an appointment at 245. Pulling into parking lot at 244 and got a call asking where I was stating that my appointment was at 230 when the attached text says that my appointment was at 245. They cancelled the appointment with no explanation. Terrible experience.

I had a fantastic facial (Hydro) with Kaylee today! She is a wonderful esthetician and I highly recommend her --you cannot go wrong!

They are pleasant and WHEN you can actually speak to someone, they do try to be helpful. They do not seem to be knowledgeable in how insurance works and how medications get covered. You can tell that by reading some of the comments here that this has gone on for some time. I have had 2-3 instances now in which I leave a voicemail, no return call, and the office claims they were never received. That cannot and should not happen over and over. It is difficult to actually speak to someone at the office and patients are left no choice but to leave a voicemail. It is frustrating and time consuming to for the patient to constantly leave messages without any follow up from the office. The response is typically "our office is really busy." Not the patients problem and our lives are busy too. Most of us don't just sit around waiting to call the dermatologist. We have jobs and lives too, I personally find that to be a poor response to a problem. If the office is "too busy" to respond then either more staff is needed or a different system to address that part of your practice.

So I took a chance, made an appt a few months in advance- AND LET ME TELL YOU... she was worth the wait. Instead of feeling deflated, Dr Price made me feel like I had options. I even asked about my Melasma, which another doctor told me there was "nothing I can do" because I enjoyed being outside, Dr Price again gave me hope and options that didn't feel like I would have. The nurse and the front staff were great and friendly, They made you feel comfortable. I left her office excited for the first time in a long time, I was so happy with my visit - I wanted to cry

The nurse, Alisha , was amazing, she took the time to explain everything to me and when I had questions, took the time to answer. That might seem like that is the job of the nurse the difference for me was the delivery. Dr. Walter was fantastic the whole step of the way. Her and Alisha made me comfortable just by having a casual conversation as she was doing the procedure. It really helped to take my mind off everything. Thank you, I appreciate the kindness you both showed.

That being said, we continue to be pleased with the care from all of the doctors and support team at this office and we will continue to go here but will miss Dr. Two. Consider this review a friendly reminder to WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN and get your annual full body screens too. I do that and even still, have to typically get treatment of one form or another. I'll be seeing Dr. Walters for a Mohs surgery soon - likely as a result of sun damage... and if you're still reading this review, please wish me luck with that. I know I'm in the best of hands. I am grateful to have found this practice for myself and my family.
