I made an appointment for my yearly checkup. The front desk individual was pleasant and thorough. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. The staff member who takes your vitals and updates your information for the doctor really enjoys his job. I should say that each employee was pleasant and made me feel like we have known each for a long time. Dr. Moss pleasant and informative. Dr. Moss is one of the many doctors I see who was informative on my condition. I highly recommend All Dermatologist and I can only speak for Dr. Moss demeanor was great. If you're going to this office, do not book with James Pehoushek and definitely do not book his last appointment of the day. He'll do everything he can to rush you out of there as quickly as possible and will not try to hide his irritation if you ask any questions about your skin or what he's doing. Don't let him convince you to do something you don't want to do- because he knows what he's recommending is more expensive for the patient. I wish I would've gotten any other doctor. My face will have a divot forever! When I approached management with my issue, they gave me excuse after excuse and did not care to fix the problem created by their doctor. Edit: Wow! The provider specifically advertises themselves as taking Aetna insurance on zocdoc. They even called me prior to the appointment to confirm. On the day of the appointment, they said they aren't in network with my insurance. Even they falsely advertised with zocdoc that they are which also allowed me to make an appointment with the website in the first place. They could have at least confirmed this prior to the appointment instead of wasting my time. They sent me to the dermatology clinic downstairs that told me this is the 3rd time this week they heard a story like mine from this clinic. Ridiculous that they so negligent about this. They should stop falsely advertising on the internet and wasting patient's time. read more

To say I am in awe would be a massive understatement. This great experience started when I walked in the door of the building. I had to double check the address to make sure I was at the right place because I thought I was going into a very high end resort. Nope, it held the offices All Dermatology... and various other clinics. I walked up to the second floor and into the office of All Dermatology and I was greeted by the front office staff with warm smiles and instant and sincere service. My wait for the doctor was extremely minimal..... and much faster and with more obvious caring than the prior Dermatologist I had gone to for the last 14 years. The staff was eager to be helpful and very shortly Dr. Pehoushek walked in with a smile. You know how you walk into a place and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable? Well, this is that place. Dr. Pehoushek was unbelievably rude to me during my appointment. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining what's been going on or answering his own questions. He made me feel stupid for asking all my questions. What left me stupefied was while I was asking some final questions, he got up and walked out of the room in the middle of my sentence. I was not done asking questions and he did not care. He did a scalp biopsy on me, and he did not explain what type of results I might be getting. I was unprepared and had to google to understand what my results meant. What made no sense is that on ZocDoc, his specialty is listed as "hair loss," which is why I booked him, but when I spoke to him, he doesn't say anything that you couldn't find yourself online. So what is the point of his specialty? His front-desk girl was rude, too. She was cold and unwelcoming. I walked out really angry and baffled. read more

Reason for visit: bump on my finger, at the joint. I was misdiagnosed and treated by burning the area, was instructed for 2 weeks to place duct tape on the burn. I now have non-stop blistering. Follow up appt I advised the PA of the blistering; she burned the area again. A week later I could not stand the pain and needed another appt. My husband had an appt first thing that Monday morning with the DR, not the PA for a skin check. I went with him to see if the DR could look at my finger and tell me what to do. The doctor then looked at my finger for all of 30 seconds and told me to let it heal no further instruction and was charged for my 30 sec appt. Sadly, I had to call again the following Monday due to the pain. A different PA in the office stated that she is seeing something completely different and that she could try burning it again or refer me to a hand surgeon, that the better option would be for me to see a surgeon. I now require surgery; it's not an option to get relief. I would go elsewhere. read more

They got me in VERY quickly, but my condition was somewhat dismissed. Provider was reluctant to do a biopsy because it was on my face, but I insisted. The surgical sight was not stitched properly, so once healed, I have a horrible scar... Biopsy results were lack luster and still no real answers; not the providers' fault by any means.
