I have been really disappointed with dermatologists since I lost my prior one until I went to Omni. I was able to fill out the paperwork online, then when I got there, they called me back quickly. I met the assistant first and she fill out some other paperwork. Very sweet and knowledgeable about the work. She left so I could change into the exam gown. She came back with the dermatologist who introduced herself right away and then began the exam. She explained it all as she went along. She chatted with me about my sun habits and then told me what she was going to do. It was all painless. She froze off my skin tags and did three biologies. It all was a great visit and I will go back more. read more

I received the referral to go to Omni, and from the first contact on the phone to walking out of the office it has been an exceptional experience. All the staff were professional and wanted nothing more than to help. If you get to use this office, then be aware that the office is computerized and the tablets on the wall can be a bit of an issues. They cannot be removed so you can sit and do the required new patient paperwork. Otherwise, everything was the best. read more

I live up near Sedona, so I wasn't thrilled about driving down to Phoenix, but they were the closest dermatologist covered under my insurance, and I noticed they had great reviews through Google. I will say, it was worth the drive! (for reference, I was in the Glendale office on 51st Ave.) I had a little growth on my leg that I was concerned about, and as most people do, I went on Google and ChatGPT to compare notes on what I had and what it could be One thing pointed to an angioma and the other two things were basal cell carcinoma, or squamous cell carcinoma. Nobody likes to hear that, so I called Omni right away to schedule an appointment. Everything up here is always booked out several weeks or months, so even though they said they were booked out pretty far, they still got me in in about a week, which I thought was amazing! (especially because I just wanted to know if I had something that needed immediate attention or not.) Turns out that it was a small hemangioma (small non-cancerous vascular growth.) she told me in the office that day that it probably was, and she cut the top off and sent it in for a biopsy anyway anyways. I was told it could be about 7-10 days for a biopsy, and I was fine with that since she seemed pretty confident that it wasn't skin cancer. That appointment was on a Thursday, and just now (early on a Monday morning ) really about 1.5 business days later, they called with an answer. Their level of service from the initial appointment setting, to the intake, office visit, and follow up, were all fantastic! I am someone who values a high level of service, and they delivered! And not just that they did a great job in the office, but Dr. Navarro when above and beyond and looked at some other areas to make sure there weren't any concerning marks or anything. Most doctors will tell you to come back and schedule an appointment for separate issues, but she asked if there was anything else and I showed her two other things I was curious about and she confirmed what they were, and that they were nothing to worry about. That was especially helpful considering how far away I live and not needing to make that drive twice. I'm grateful not only that it wasn't a form of skin cancer, but just how wonderful and caring their whole staff was. I would highly recommend them! read more

I've gone to Omni Dermatology for a long time, but I was going out at 48th St. in Indian school. I found one right by my house on 51st Ave. and cactus they are phenomenal. The doctors care they sit there and talk to you. They joke around they squeeze me in. I am so glad I found this office. I recommend it to anyone. The doctors and nurses are great. read more

Dr. Martinez was very thorough with my child (10 yrs old). He took the time to explain the procedure to my daughter and answered her questions. This is extremely important as she is extremely inquisitive and was very scared about the procedure. We continue to visit Dr. Martinez regularly and currently for a miserable flea epidemic. As always, my husband and I are treated with the BEST of care, including prescribing internal and external flea medications for humans, biopsy on suspicious growth on leg, husband has light therapy on his body to kill cancer cells on sensitive skin. Easy to find- ample parking. Very clean and spacious. Friendly enough staff, I arrived early to fill out paperwork for my first appt- got brought back 20 mins early!!! Which is great. I was seen shortly after my original appointment time so I spent about 20 to 25 minutes in the room before the appointment started. 45 mins here total.x They offer all kinds of services here: Dermatology, skin care, tattoo removal... and more. Once the (I'm assuming dermatologist because I didn't get an introduction) came back It was smooth. Reviewed prior issues and medications. She was very thorough. I did not feel rushed in anyway. They do take Insurance, although I'm not sure what kind(s). read more

i don't have insurance so i tried 5 different ointments, creams and sprays to get rid of my eczema rash that wouldn't go away, it took me 3 weeks to realize that maybe it's infected so i made an appointment here hoping it'd be affordable and provide good care, the building is easy to find, filling out the paper work was easy and luckily i didn't need a referral to get looked at which was one of my worries, i got treated by Erik and he was able to tell right away that it was indeed infected, knew exactly what to prescribe me and gave me a sample size of the cream i needed for free since he knew that it would be pricey to pay out of pocket for the regular size product, thankfully the antibiotics i was prescribed were affordable as well, i would highly recommend this place for any skin concern you may have, their friendly and are experts in their field, i was in good hands being in this office read more
