Office is clean and welcoming. After completing the required paperwork, just a short wait to discuss a treatment to remove a cyst. Cyst was aspirated rather than surgery, which would have left a scar. Great! However, be ware of their INCOMPETENT office staff! A referral was sent to All Dermatology by my PCP as requested when I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they apparently verified my insurance and took the required copay. I was not informed on the phone when I made the appointment that this practice was out of network. Hence, I've been billed $685 for the procedure. This should all have been verified and informed me prior to confirming the appointment. read more

I went to see Dr. Katherine McClure for a full body check. The Surprise office was nice and was very quiet. All of the staff we kind and helpful. Meeting Dr. McClure was even better. She was very thorough and willing to check out any concerns of mine. If I asked about a spot and she said it wasn't concerning she still offered to remove it if it would make me more comfortable. She checked everything I had questions about and also all my skin. I was very comfortable with trusting her as she knew what she was doing. Thankfully I got a good report. read more

This was my first visit and saw Dr. McClure. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was greeted right away. Check in was easy. Dr McClure took the time to explain everything she was looking for as well as the different types of skin cancers as she went along. This was my first cancer screening as I am not getting any younger. My anxiety was instantly gone. She found a couple pre cancerous spots and offered to "freeze them" while in the office. Oh my gosh, the Happy Ears staff are the best, EVER! I've never been treated as well by any other medical facility, anywhere! I tried to work with these guys prior to filing a complaint with the AZ Medical Board. FACTS - FACTS - FACTS are on my side!! I was MISDIAGNOSED with a "debilitating and painful condition" within minutes of being seen by a PA. I feel horrible about proceeding with dropping my complaint off in the mailbox to the medical board, but their lack of care, concern and adequate TESTING before diagnosing a patient AND trying to put them on medication (and punching them in the GUT with WORRY via a FALSE DIAGNOSIS) warrants this level of response. I tried to call them today to find an "adult in the room" who might ADMIT and APOLOGIZE for the level of HELL they put me through. I tried to give them ONE more chance just now to MAN UP for their FALSE DIAGNOSIS that cost me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS to prove the diagnosis was INCORRECT - a diagnosis that is in my medical file with ZERO TESTING!!!! Do I sound pissed off??? YES, I AM and for GOOD cause!!! If you have a problem, a LEGITIMATE problem with this business, don't count on them coopering!! I have been hung up on, my calls have been left on eternal hold, I have been criticized, I have been minimized, and mocked and intimidated. Yes, I expected an apology!! Instead, they want to be uncooperative and in denial so my complaint will be going in the mail today. I will also follow up with a complaint with the BBB. I have already turned them in on two levels with my insurance. Again, FACTS are on my side!!! I have follow-up TESTING done by TWO different doctors and FIVE tubes of blood tests AND a biopsy that PROVES the diagnosis that they made and tried to medicate me for is a MIS--DIAGNOSIS!! My anger stems from the MIS--diagnosis WITHOUT ANY TESTING and their lack of working as professionals to even acknowledge their wrongdoing!! Please read my previous reviews to further understand my outrage regarding this situation!! read more

My husband and I have been going here for several years. We usually see PA Cahill for our appointments and she can determine if a biopsy is necessary. she is personable , knowledgeable and listens well to our concerns. Cahill can remove most skin cancers. Dr Juracek has performed Moh's surgery on both of us and he has done an amazing job on our faces and head. Our scars are barely seen and the cancer has not returned.
