Great first visit and I was lucky they found some problems before they became too bad. They took care of everything and I am very greatful.

Checked into my first appointment here and the receptionist asked if she had my birthday correct. I…read moretold her that the year was wrong. She had changed it to make me 20 years older. That's offensive. She had entered the year she was born and made a comment about how it wasn't much older. Oh it most definitely is. I obviously don't look like I'm near my 60s. She was offended when I told her that adding 20 years to me was a huge mistake. She must not be using her glasses while looking in the mirror to actually think she could be confused with someone born in '89. Had my first ever full body scan done here that day and the dr did one biopsy. Told me to expect results in 2 weeks. When I got the email saying my results were uploaded I saw 2/3 said positive. I had to google what they were. Both say melanoma. I never got a call about needing to come back and follow up. All doctor's offices call patients when they get a positive cancer diagnosis. This staff needs to get their shit together. I'll never step foot in this office again. Don't go here if you care about your health.

I found out I had full-blown melanoma and had to see a Mohs surgeon right away. Dr. Manalo was…read moreamazing, and her staff incredible. They got me in quickly, did an amazing job and addressed my aesthetic concerns as well as my cancer concerns. I will never use anyone else and I STRONGLY recommend them.

Even the doctors leave this practice. The other comments…read moreare true. This place struggles because they rely on a 3rd party phone service. Just drove to my appointment only to be told they didn't show my appointment and said doc was double booked but they could schedule me for another day. Don't waste your time.

I was misdiagnosed TWICE! First, I should point out that you never see an actual Dermatologist in…read morethis office (unless you need surgery), just a PA. After two years I've never laid eyes on the doctors whose names appear on the door. I had been going here for yearly check-ups and chemical peels (which have been administered differently almost every time....a bad sign). One day I discovered inflamed hair follicles that were itchy. I showed these spots to the PA who told me, "...you should try changing shampoo and conditioner". A few months later my hair started to fall out so I did some of my own research on line (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic). I went back and told the PA that I might have folliculitis. He said, "probably not, but we'll take a biopsy and have the lab look at it." Guess what? I have bacterial folliculitis! He told me to use a specific shampoo and Mupirocin ointment. Four weeks after starting treatment, it's no better. During this time I had asked him to look at a raised spot on my nose, and he had told me it was nothing; maybe a keratosis. He never asked how the folliculitis treatment was going. The spot was really bothering me, so I went back a couple of weeks later. This time he took a biopsy and, lo and behold, I have basal cell carcinoma, a common skin cancer. I'm through with this place. In the past, I've always seen a Dermatologist. I'll look for a similar type of office.
