Dr F is fantastic! I went in for a follow up appointment. Dr F checked on the healing process. While doing that, she found a few more precancerous spots and took care of them right away. She loves her job and her positive attitude is contagious. Everyone at the office is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend her and the team. read more

Dr. Figueredo is incredible. She is so easy to talk to and just gets who I am. So so helpful in telling me things that are helpful to know to preserve the skin and live healthy. I have had the best experience with Dr. Anna Figueiredo and all the staff at Omni Dermatology. Dr. Figueiredo was the only doctor I have met in my eight years in Arizona who has approached my health problem seriously and addressed it with professionalism and high quality medical care. I appreciated that she worked fast and didn't try to postpone my treatment throughout multiple appointments, as previous dermatologists from other clinics suggested. Despite her busy schedule and the fact that I was a new patient, she made time for me and helped me right away. Thank you for being so kind, caring, and for taking your Hippocratic Oath seriously! read more

Omni Dermatology has been absolutely fantastic for my issue. I feel very confident with the entire team.

I went in to have a single cell basil carcinoma off my nose. The whole experience was wonderful. I was treated with care and compassion. Dr. D and Brooke were great! They made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was quick and thorough. They explained everything. I was given after surgery care paper and told I could call anytime i needed anything. Highly recommend this office! read more

Awesome crew. Easy and quick check-in for dermatological issues. Doctor Wiggins was personable and listened to my history of issues and attempted treatments and quickly identified a treatment plan. The assistant, Brianna, was super nice, personable and interactive throughout the visit insuring my prescriptions went directly to my pharmacy. Overall, an excellent experience. read more

Dr Wiggins was thorough and explained what he is doing, and why. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I did not have an appointment, but I needed to be seen and I told the receptionist at the front desk if they can't see me I'm going to the ER to be seen, but I'd really appreciate it if they would see me. Within less than five minutes, I was called to the back. How many doctors are practices would do that for their patients? Not very many if any at all without an appointment Omni dermatology, I trust them completely with all of my needs they treated my cancer successfully and all my other skin issues. read more

phototherapy, kind personnel, able to see me even if super early or a bit late, smiling faces

Very rude staff and extremely difficult to get a response. I spent several days sending messages through the Klara app and calling the clinic, leaving multiple voicemails requesting a prescription refill. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no response, no callback, and no follow-up. When I finally reached someone on the fifth day, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I was told that they do not monitor voicemails, even though the phone prompt instructs callers to leave a message and states that voicemails are checked regularly and calls will be returned. To make matters worse, the staff member hung up on me while I was still asking questions. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, especially when trying to obtain a necessary prescription refill. read more

Great location, roomy wait area, friendly staff and reasonable wait time. The physician was easy to speak to and answered my questions.

Receptionist takes a personal call on her cell as im checking in. Worst experience ever. Appt at 940. Sat there for 45 min to never get called back. Everytime I asked when I would get called back, 5-10 min was the BS response. Left without seeing any doctor due to thier gross incompetence read more

For hours, I have tried to set up an appointment and they kept transferring me to a colleague and nobody's answering to verify the referral. I can't seem to make an appointment. It shouldn't take hours to try to reach out to someone each and every time that I'm talking to someone who answers the phone they're doing the same thing the transferring me to a colleague and a colleague never response Respond this is unacceptable read more

Craig Wiggins is a joke of a dermatologist !!!!! We had a very disappointing experience at OMNI Dermatology with Craig Wiggins, FNP-C. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff had an attitude and were unwelcoming and unprofessional. During the appointment, Craig Wiggins was rude, dismissive, and barely spoke to my wife and daughter. He showed little to no care or concern, did not explain anything properly, and made the visit feel rushed and uncomfortable. The whole interaction felt cold and unprofessional, especially in a medical setting where patients should feel respected and heard. When you bring your family in for medical care, you expect basic professionalism, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, Craig Wiggins and this office provided none of that. We will not be returning and would not recommend OMNI Dermatology or Craig Wiggins to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care. read more

I was losing hair, they provided me with meds and it was my 3 month check to see if the meds were working. They are, it was the first time meeting Dr. Anna Figueiredo. HORRIBLE Experience. Was here to see Craig and it toon us an hour and 10 minutes to be taken back. Their excuse is they were short staffed. Why book so many patients if they are short staffed. ridiculously unprofessional behavior from craig wiggins. after reading other reviews here, i see that i'm not alone in this. no communication whatsoever and when there is, it's only about our "balance" and no updates on my condition. my questions are constantly ignored by him and the rude receptionists. if you choose to go here, good luck getting any work done and any empathy from craig wiggins. he clearly has issues that he takes out on his patients. read more

When my dermatologist shut down, after decades of monitoring my cancer-prone 65-year-old skin, I was truly worried. Went in to get skin tags reviewed and removed. Week of (Nov 11th, 2024) What I appreciated: - Front desk provided upfront answers - Short wait - Dr Lindsey Johnson was genuinely pleasant, and provided options, explaining each one. What I loved: I was, and I felt included by Dr. Johnson, in all aspects of my care. She involved me, she engaged with me, asked open-ended questions that invited me to engage with her. The experience was downright awesome! The procedure was exactly as she had mentioned: really not painful. A quick snip and it was over. Having experienced both numbing and snipping process, I'll take the snip process any day. Thank you Dr. Lindsey Johnson! Will I refer / recommend? You better believe it!! read more
