I went in to have a single cell basil carcinoma off my nose. The whole experience was wonderful. I was treated with care and compassion. Dr. D and Brooke were great! They made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was quick and thorough. They explained everything. I was given after surgery care paper and told I could call anytime i needed anything. Awesome crew. Easy and quick check-in for dermatological issues. Doctor Wiggins was personable and listened to my history of issues and attempted treatments and quickly identified a treatment plan. The assistant, Brianna, was super nice, personable and interactive throughout the visit insuring my prescriptions went directly to my pharmacy. Overall, an excellent experience. read more

Very rude staff and extremely difficult to get a response. I spent several days sending messages through the Klara app and calling the clinic, leaving multiple voicemails requesting a prescription refill. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no response, no callback, and no follow-up. When I finally reached someone on the fifth day, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I was told that they do not monitor voicemails, even though the phone prompt instructs callers to leave a message and states that voicemails are checked regularly and calls will be returned. To make matters worse, the staff member hung up on me while I was still asking questions. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, especially when trying to obtain a necessary prescription refill. read more

Dr Wiggins was thorough and explained what he is doing, and why. He addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I did not have an appointment, but I needed to be seen and I told the receptionist at the front desk if they can't see me I'm going to the ER to be seen, but I'd really appreciate it if they would see me. Within less than five minutes, I was called to the back. How many doctors are practices would do that for their patients? Not very many if any at all without an appointment Omni dermatology, I trust them completely with all of my needs they treated my cancer successfully and all my other skin issues. read more

Great location, roomy wait area, friendly staff and reasonable wait time. The physician was easy to speak to and answered my questions.

Excellent doctor and staff they were ther for patients the day before the holiday. Followed up with the pharmacy and me to make sure Im ok after surgery. Craig Wiggins is a joke of a dermatologist !!!!! We had a very disappointing experience at OMNI Dermatology with Craig Wiggins, FNP-C. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff had an attitude and were unwelcoming and unprofessional. During the appointment, Craig Wiggins was rude, dismissive, and barely spoke to my wife and daughter. He showed little to no care or concern, did not explain anything properly, and made the visit feel rushed and uncomfortable. The whole interaction felt cold and unprofessional, especially in a medical setting where patients should feel respected and heard. When you bring your family in for medical care, you expect basic professionalism, communication, and compassion. Unfortunately, Craig Wiggins and this office provided none of that. We will not be returning and would not recommend OMNI Dermatology or Craig Wiggins to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered care. read more

Went in for an appointment, was rushed out so fast and given "laser" options which are cosmetics, I feel people are insecure about their skin and I felt completely rushed, as if I was interrupting his day.. never returning here again!
