I have sent three consultation requests and have never gotten a response. Either he doesn't need new patients or his staff is inept!!!

This review is way overdue, I went to see DR. Angelchik about a huge cyst on the anterior side of my chest, being a nurse I knew I wanted to have a plastic surgeon remove this because I didn't want a huge scar. Dr. Angelchik took my vitals and advised me to go directly to the ER. Turns out I was septic, had to receive PICC line antibiotics for 3 months after my week long admission. My point is many docs may have not looked at my vitals and just proceeded. He cared enough to make a difference. I will be returning to him in the future for other issues. From beginning to end they've been amazing. So wonderful with communication. The entire staff is wonderful. I had prior to them 3 consultants & I had immediately felt at ease. My 3rd consultant seemed like they would be good. They have been around a long time. Great ratings. I just felt uneasy for some reason. So glad I decided to get multiple consultants for a breast reduction prior to - that led me here! The process was just flawless. I did have an issue after with what I was thinking was an infection from my drain sites. I had called over the weekend (which I felt terrible doing but I felt nervous) I got an immediate response from Dr Angelchick & had meds with in 45 on a Sunday. I loved that they were not too far away because you kind of have a lot of appointments prior and after. They were just amazing. Gave me all the supplies I needed. I was very nervous leading up to the surgery & his staff was just so amazing to spend extra time putting me at ease. Just can't say enough how thankful I am that I chose them! It would have saved me so much time & money if I would have started here! If you're on the fence.. look no further you're in good hands with this office. If I ever want to do anything else, without hesitation I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! read more

I do not recommend this PS. First, the office came highly recommended to us by good friends of ours. Friends whom we trust and care about.  Secondly, during my consultation they advised against filing with my healthcare insurance company they did not forbid it. It wasn't until after I paid my $1700.00 deposit and received my preop documents when they forced me to sign away my rights to file with insurance and other 3rd party. This should have been brought to my attention prior to my deposit.  then they made a comment that they told me about not filing with insurance again getting confused with strongly against filing versus forbidding me to file. At my consultation they set up my preoperation visit on September 10th based off my work travel schedule and while I was out of town your office called me to reschedule my appointment due to an event they were having the same day.  All this after I had already informed my employer about my procedures and appointments.  I then get a phone call a week before my procedure explaining to me the surgery center is closing its doors and I would have to choose another center, a more expensive center to have my procedure.  Dr. Angelchiks made a comment you explained to me the other centers were more expensive as if I were the one asking to change the location of the procedure and I didn't.  The Coordinator then attempted to make things right by switching my silicone implants to saline and you also said I could save $ by not having a lift done at the procedure knowingly full and well it would end up being more expensive for me to lift at a later date as I would have to pay all center fees again, anesthesia again and take more time off work again. I felt forced to make a life long decision in a few second phone call. Dr. Angelchiks office did everything they could do to protect themselves from being taken advantage of and I was left with no protection and left feeling guilty. Lastley I mentioned these red flags were God's way of telling me not to go through with this procedure. This being said it is difficult for me to trust this office to provide me with any service now or in the future. To add insult to injury I was only given 3 months to use my credit. I would like to request a refund of my deposit, I did all I was supposed to as a patient to make things right. Your office and surgery center and affiliates failed me and for this I should not be penalized. read more

Dr. Paul Angelchik and his staff are hands down some of the friendliest and efficient people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. A retired plastic surgeon referred him to me, and he did not disappoint. Dr. Angelchik was thorough and guided me with precise instructions for my breast reduction, extended tummy tuck and muscle repair. I felt very safe, and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Angelchik and his staff were very attentive and always returned calls pre and post surgery. The absolute worst!!! The absolute worst customer service in the valley area!! Like so many reviews on this doctor say. The office staff is completely rude. Care, who is the "office manager" is the absolute worst person to be a face of customer service. Today, I asked about the estimate only to be met with another confrontational experience with Care. When I called her out on it, she continued to escalate the situation. Customer service. I have spent over $25k with this plastic surgeon. Spent $8k on lipo and it did nothing. Go in after the 6 months, Dr. Angelchik agreed and said to come back after I lose weight and he will do the surgery again. When I came back, he said he wasn't going to do it but offered to give me another service at a discounted rate. Now, I wanted him to take the breast implants out Bc I absolutely hate the way they look. Listen. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!!! I originally did my consult from my house because of COVID. Once everything opened back up, I was able to go in for a further consult. He was always very open and honest with me, which I always appreciate. Once you book your surgery, you can communicate via their app, which is very convenient. The staff was always quick to answer, and a lot of the times he answered himself. His staff is great, Care is very helpful, Caroline is a sweetheart, and Laverne is a riot. Dr. Angelchik has a good personality and makes you laugh. All the things that are important to me as a patient. I did my research on him and I can tell you that I am very pleased with my results!! Ok, so yes, I've had some work done but having kids can really take a toll on your body! Dr. Angelchik's office staff is top notch. From the first call, I felt extremely informed and welcomed. They inundate you with information, which can be overwhelming but they leave nothing out. I had consultations with other doctors who didn't give me half the information and certainly didn't make feel as comfortable. Dr. Angelchik is pretty dry personality wise but I'm not paying for someone to be charming or a stand up comedian. He is straightforward and serious about what he does. That intensity certainly comes through in his work. Dr. Angelchik gave many warnings about the different outcomes that were possible but my outcome was nothing but perfection. (Yes, I love my new ladies!) I highly recommend Dr. Angelchik and his staff. read more

I was in the market for a boob job and out of the 6 doctors that I interviewed in person I decided on Dr.Angelchik. I chose him because 1) he's very experienced 2) i liked the way he did my measurements better than some of the other doctors 3) I liked his staff. 4) his price was reasonable 5) I got a trustworthy vibe off him 6) he didn't rush my decision and provided plenty of aftercare. The procedure was done at a hospital and not at his office which works out better. The only thing though is make sure you know what you want to get in terms of size/ profile because I don't feel like he offered his suggestions as much as some of the other doctors but at the end of the day that's a personal decision and there is no right or wrong size. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my results and the experience and would highly recommend him for this particular procedure. read more

After having two kids and breastfeeding both I wanted to feel confident again in my day to day skin. Thanks to Dr. Angelchik and his team they accomplished just that! My clothes fit better now and I feel like me post two kids! I had a breast augmentation procedure a little over two months ago, since surgery I am now able to do everything I was able to before from lifting my kids to running to lifting weights. One thing that made me feel like Dr. Angelchik was the surgeon for me was his honesty and being able to ask any question without judgment, there was no "dumb" question. Dr. Angelchik, where do I begin. This review is long long overdue. I had breast augmentation surgery June 3, 2018. Pre op I was a 32A and I just wanted a subtle change. Seriously, when you have no boobs, anything makes you feel golden. So after speaking with with Dr. Angelchik, he really understood what I was looking for. I wanted a full B cup and nothing more. I went back and forth with cc's (250cc-375cc) and he asked me one simple question which was "would you be upset if you came out of surgery larger than you had expected or smaller than what you expected?" That question made my decision making so much easier. I wear form fitting clothes most of the time and I am petite (5' 1") and weighed about 105 lbs. I wanted to continue dressing how I dressed without looking too....fulfilled. I also didn't want implants that floated way up high. So I decided to go with the Mentor Moderate Plus profile 250cc implants. The procedure went smoothly and it has now been just over 7 months. They look and feel completely natural. The whole experience was amazing and I would do it over and over again. As far as Dr. Angelchik is concerned, he has been amazing. I have seen other reviews questioning his "bedside manners" but I think he's amazing. Look, I'm not buying personality, I am buying experience and skill. I wanted a PS that knew exactly what they were doing. Luckily, Dr. Angelchik happens to be the full package. My husband thinks he did an amazing job as well. After 3 years of a MACS facelift and brow lift by Dr. Angelchik I am very disappointed . I have Jowls and people now say wow I wouldn't guessed you had a facelift, I am totally appalled that he would tell care to not call me back I had to go into his office and that is what Care told me. So unprofessional for her to tell me that ! So it's great if you have great results as I did but 2 and a half years later no this is not ok I have all the pictures to prove it. I need a revision but with the new equipment he purchased that's what he's pushing for me to do but I still have to pay $2500 And that's a deal when I paid thousands for my facelift and brachiopladty 1 year later which that turned out great no complain on that I'm very disappointed in Dr Angelchik's decision on this procedure I was told by another PS I need a revision and should only pay for facility fee and Anesthesia. So think twice before using Dr Angelchik it's all about the money ! Care the consultant is very rude and has no empathy . I just found out my husband has cancer 1 week after I spoke with Care by the way could care less as she was a radiology sales person so what can you expect Angela was wonderful and that was who I went though to schedule she knows PS as that was her business, I probably know more than Care knows . Bev who is a wonderful person , who worked with Dr Diamond many years . So now I'm totally disguised with my facelift but they don't care . They just want your money and if you have a problem too bad . I week later my husband was diagnosed with a malignant Tumor Care didn't say anything about that just drop off my deposit then says well I'm canceling your surgery which was being done I'm the office , I said then cancel it as my husband comes first , and my jowls will have to wait . If bedside manner is important to you, this is probably not the doctor for you. I am basing this review on a single consultation visit for reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. This man did not demonstrate one DROP of compassion; in fact many of his statements were cruel and hurtful to somebody who has been diagnosed with a life altering and potentially terminal disease. However if you enjoy being belittled, demeaned and insulted, Dr. A is your guy. This man is so arrogant, I am not sure that all of outer space is big enough for his ego. I can't personally speak to his surgical skills; however I have met some of his patients, who warned me about his demeanor, they were very pleased with their results and I have talked with people who are in a position to see the results of his handy work on a regular basis who say he does great work. Information is power, so be for warned when considering this man for your plastic surgery. read more

Attempted to make an appointment with this DR. however, after 10 calls and messages, I was unable to talk with anyone to schedule. I would always get a voicemail that they were either busy on the other line or with a patient. I left a message every time I called and not once did someone call me back. Awful customer service from the get. They lost out on my money! I went to Peoria Cosmetic Surgery instead where the phone was answered right away and my appointment was scheduled. Tried to schedule a consultation to discuss plastic surgery options, the scheduler was really rude. First she asked me how much I'd be will to spend. When she found out my expectation was reasonable she then put down the success of fat transfer - which I was interested in. That made me worried - If you can't be confident in something you offer why even offer it? Then she found out I'm on a medication they will want clearance for and said before they'll even talk to me I have to get a preoperative clearance....for I guess blanket covering any possible surgery as I don't even know specifically what I want yet. I'm a preoperative RN, never heard of not doing a procedure when on my medication. Elective or not. Forget it. Went elsewhere and had a much more welcoming experience. Never felt like I had to battle to give business to a place before. I highly suggest having a different approach to handling potential prospective customers. read more

I went to see Dr Angelchick in April for breast augmentation and lift. For my first consultation I was at the office for almost 3 hours. I had a million questions and concerns. When I left the office I was well informed and confident that I was with the right doctor. I had been to 5 different doctors for consultations before this and I never left feeling comfortable with moving forward. My surgery went smoothly and I was in very little pain. I was also very happy with the staff and facility at the surgery center. Everybody in his office is great as well! The staff is very attentive to your needs and listens to you when you have a question or concern. I would recommend Dr Angelchick to anybody who is picky and has high expectations, he will deliver the result you are looking for. Dr. Angelchik blew my expectations out of the water. Let me start off by saying I decided to have a breast augmentation, but like any other person I was very skeptical about which doctor I wanted to go with. After several consultations with a handful of doctors in Scottsdale, I came across Dr. Angelchik who is luckily in Glendale, only 30 minutes away from my house. He is not your typical plastic surgeon and I say this with total sincerity. In comparison to the other doctors I met, he was very straightforward from the jump. While many doctors focused on merely the vanity, he EXPLAINED the procedure, what he would be doing and why, he went so in depth with the entire thing that I knew the minute we were done talking, this was my doctor. Overall the entire staff is absolutely wonderful, Kristen helped with the financial aspect and helped me choose my final size, Angel and Angela are always so helpful with any questions I have. I am one week post surgery and I have to say I love how I look, I love how easy Dr. Angelchik has made it that if I have any issues they are very prompt in responding. read more
