He took the time to understand my goals and explained every step of the breast lift and augmentation as well as my tummy tuck in a way I could understand, which immediately put me at ease. The results have truly exceeded my expectations and gave me a level of confidence I honestly didn't think was possible. Dr. Malek's attention to detail and skill involved are evident, and the results were transformative for me. Equally impressive was the care I received throughout recovery. Everyone from the care coordinators to nurses were compassionate, responsive, and always willing to answer questions, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. I never felt rushed or overlooked. If you are considering surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Malek. His expertise and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. Her work was phenomenal and I wanted the same type of results and him and his team delivered exactly that. The consultation was done over the phone where Dr. Corey talked about my preferences and he discussed what he think might be best for me based on the information I gave him. I was very open minded with what I wanted and I made sure to mention the most important things to me; upper pole fullness and closing my cleavage was my top priority and I was flexible in the sizing in order for those two priorities to be fulfilled. He recognized off the bat from the photos I sent that I had some unevenness between the girlies and made sure to even them out during the final sizing. He was on point with the final sizing and profile. Throughout the call he was extremely EASY to talk to; literally felt like speaking to a friend. Never once did I feel like the choice wasn't my own nor did I ever feel like he was trying to steer me away from my choices. Many of my friends had experiences where other doctors were trying to convince them a different profile or a bigger/smaller size (a big reason why i didn't go to other well known doctors in philadelphia and went all the way here instead). Surgery is a very high commitment and it can be uncomfortable when your doctor doesn't really respect what you want, but this WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL WITH HIM! He was super informative, very respectful, and even funny lol. Despite coming from such a long way, the process was very smooth and they communicated with me how to estimate which sizes I would like best through a process called the "rice test". Even though I was weary at first, i can say the rice test is pretty accurate now that I am post op! It helped me picked the perfect size that wasn't too big for me but still noticeable. He is amazing and well versed at his job because he was able to suggest a couple sizes for me that I probably never would have picked myself, but it ended up being exactly what I wanted after i tried those sizes during the rice test. He considered my rib cage width, my goals and was realistic. I was weary about sizing and profile types bc I didn't want to look like the letter "P" and he did amazing at suggesting the size and profile. We quickly agreed on medium and 405cc L/445cc R to balance out my unevenness. His team was very communicative and even accommodated my request for an earlier surgery date when unexpected circumstances came up and I could no longer do my original surgery date. This team made me feel so comfortable and reassured me very thoroughly, even after I expressed that I was quite nervous as I have never had a procedure done before. I was literally a mess the night before because i was so nervous but looking back it feels soooo silly bc they took care of me so flawlessly. I literally came into the surgery center scared as heck but woke up painlessly with beautiful boobies LOL. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor, everyone was so friendly and made me feel more at ease before we got started. Even the recovery process wasn't too bad, Dr. Corey outlined what to expect for the next week and he was spot on. I followed his instructions and so far have no complications a week later (but I am a post op nurse, so I may be a little more familiar with post op care than others). Make sure to follow post op care instructions his team provides in order to prevent complications and unwanted results! Once again, Dr. John J Corey is extremely comfortable to speak to and I had an AMAZING experience. I got a bilateral Transaxillary breast augmentation and i love it to much! The armpit approach gave me no visible scars and anyone I've shown so far has been super impressed! My friends have gotten it under the breast and sometimes the scarring can be dark for women of color (I am asian) so I really appreciate that he recommended this approach to me. Ask more about this approach and whether if it's a good fit for you because it is amazing. The aftercare for this site is less tedious too! I cannot recommend this doctor and his team enough! Thank you so much for giving me confidence and being so welcoming :) I cannot wait to see my final results within the next couple months and hope to be in AZ again one day to show you my results in person. Good luck with every future patient!

He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is, which gave me a lot of trust and peace of mind. I actually traveled from San Francisco to Arizona for the surgery, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and supportive, which made traveling for the procedure much less stressful. The whole experience felt very professional and well organized. His office and team were amazing -- always kind, responsive, and truly available whenever I needed them. Knowing that the office was reachable 24/7 gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. Everyone on the team was warm, supportive, and highly professional, and I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Marcella the nurse was amazing!! At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

I'm so grateful I chose Dr. Ghafouri and his team for this journey. From my very first consultation, I felt comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Ghafouri took the time to understand my goals, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt confident every step of the way. If you're looking for a skilled, masterful oculoplastic surgeon, that level of attention makes such a difference. What really stood out to me was how personalized the entire experience felt. Dr. Ghafouri also has two incredible women (Joni and Diane) who have been working with him for years, and their experience and kindness really show. It says a lot when a team stays together that long-they run like a well-oiled machine while still making you feel like you're their only patient that day. Another thing that impressed me was how accessible everyone was. I could call Joni any time with my plethora of questions leading up to surgery and she always took the time to answer each and every one. Her calm and caring demeanor assured me that everything would go well with my surgery and recovery (and it sure did!) Also noteworthy, upon entering Dr. Ghafouri's office, all the patients have the pleasure of meeting Diane and her friendly smile and wonderful personality set the tone for your visit. She too has a wealth of knowledge in the oculoplastic surgery venue, and she is an all around fun person to converse with while in the waiting room. That level of communication made the whole process feel incredibly reassuring (and helped calm my pre-surgery nerves). Most importantly, my results look natural and refreshed, exactly what I was hoping for and I now have my peripheral vision restored. Friends have commented that I look well-rested and happy, but no one can quite put their finger on why, which I think is the sign of truly magnificent work. Dr. Ghafouri clearly has an artist's eye for detail and takes great pride in what he does. Choosing an oculoplastic surgeon can feel overwhelming, but looking back, I'm so very glad I trusted Dr. Ghafouri and his team. If I had to make the decision again, I would choose him without hesitation. If you're considering facial rejuvenation and want beautiful, natural-looking results with a team who truly care about their patients, I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Ghafouri and Arizona Oculoplastic Specialists.

Super self-conscious about it, and was especially noticeable on all my business video calls. I researched, I interviewed and I select Dr. Ghafouri based on his propaganda, his years in the business, and his RealSelf nonsense. Bedside manner truly lacking. There's so much more I could elaborate on, but to sum it up - costly experiment that didn't fix the issue. I reported it and he recommended botox. (which would have saved me $13,750, plus pain, recovery, etc). This cosmetic surgery thing, especially in Scottsdale is nothing short of a scam. Embrace your imperfections. And don't waste your money.

It has been five months since my surgery and they have healed beautifully. Surgery was fast and recovery was a breeze. Nobody believes I had them done. They look so natural and fit my body so well. (475cc on left, 450cc on right), went from a 34C to a 34DD for reference. I also had him administer restylane silk in my lips about a month ago, he did an incredible job. Based on both the outcome and multiple post-op consultations with other board-certified plastic surgeons, the VASER method was not appropriate for my case and was very unlikely to succeed. This should have been identified and clearly communicated before surgery. Instead, the procedure went forward, and as expected, the results were a failure. I am still left with significant gynecomastia and no meaningful improvement. During my post-operative follow-up, Dr. Lille did not take responsibility for the outcome and instead offered excuses. His demeanor came across as dismissive rather than empathetic or solution-oriented. I left the appointment without escalation because I did not want to make a scene. To add insult to injury, I was later contacted by his office to schedule a second surgery. No refund or partial reimbursement was offered, despite the fact that the first surgery failed and that I now need an entirely new corrective procedure elsewhere. Since then, I have consulted with multiple other plastic surgeons who independently confirmed that I should never have proceeded with a VASER-only approach and that a different surgical method was required from the start. Additionally, during multiple interactions, Dr. Lille made unsolicited comments about politics and his personal views, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate in a medical setting. I chose Dr. Lille based on local media coverage and his reputation as a "top surgeon in the Valley," and I was extremely disappointed. This experience cost me a significant amount of money, time, and emotional energy, and I am now faced with undergoing another surgery to correct what should have been done properly the first time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Lille.
