When I asked for the status of my surgery, I recieved a text that said Once we receive the full amount for the surgery, we will provide options for scheduling the surgery. Zero phone calls. Zero communication from the provider about this policy. I have never in my life been required to the full cost of a surgery. I am going to reach out to my insurance for assistance.
