She's helped me with everything from routine skin checks to random skin surprises, and her bedside manner is top-tier. Seriously, if you've ever had to strip down in front of a near stranger, you know it can be awkward - Kimberly makes it feel like no big deal. She gives super practical skin care advice, nails her diagnoses every time, and manages to make dermatology way less intimidating than it should be. Shoutout to the rest of the SkinScience staff too! All the ladies are super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Unless my skin suddenly develops self-healing superpowers (unlikely at the rate I'm going), this team is stuck with me for the foreseeable future!

SkinScience is an absolute gem!…read more I've been coming here to get my skin checked for any anomalies for years. The facilities are beautiful, the people here are so lovely, and you can tell that they really take pride in providing you with top care. On my last visit, I had something in particular I wanted looked at, and the team got me worked in quickly so I could be seen, which was incredible. When I got into the exam room, the NP took even more time to look at my concerns and spoke to me at length about what I was seeing. I left feeling relieved, confident and grateful for the entire SkinScience team. If you have any dermatological needs, I highly recommend scheduling with SkinScience!

While the care has been wonderful, I am astounded at the lack of professionalism when it comes to their billing practices. I was supposed to be scheduled for a surgery. It has been more than 2 weeks since my appointment and I have received almost zero communication. I received a text message with an estimate which I have been making payments on. When I asked for the status of my surgery, I recieved a text that said Once we receive the full amount for the surgery, we will provide options for scheduling the surgery. Zero phone calls. Zero communication from the provider about this policy. I have never in my life been required to the full cost of a surgery. I am going to reach out to my insurance for assistance. I probably will cancel due to their lack of professionalism, communication and multiple reviews saying payments get lost. It's such a shame, because I really liked the provider.

I wish I could give MomDoc in North Scottsdale zero stars after my horrific experience…read more At my annual exam, the office failed to ask for my insurance information upon checking in. I specifically asked if they needed it, and they told me nope, that they had it in their system and I was good to go. After my annual exam results came back abnormal, I was informed that they had realized I had Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Instead of addressing the insurance issue proactively, I was told they would not review or discuss my results unless I agreed to self-pay. On top of that, I was then billed the full cost of my annual exam. Being told that a provider would not review abnormal test results without additional payment was incredibly stressful. I understand that insurance contracts and billing policies can be complicated, but patients should be informed of coverage issues due to contact deficiencies between agencies before services are provided-not after receiving abnormal test results. I hope the office improves its insurance verification process and communication so other patients don't have to experience the same confusion and anxiety I had to.

I joined the visit yesterday as Emily Kase is my wife's very trusted P.A.-C. I have met Emily several times the last few years and was vividly reminded what a world class professional technician she is. Her attention to the details is spot-on admirable. On top of this, she is genuine to the core. For me, it is her remarkably high level of emotional intelligence (E.Q.) which sets her apart from all the professionals we come in contact every month. This Practice is so blessed to have her as Emily could work most anywhere due to the special skills and TLC she extends to her patients.

Even though the hours state that they close at noon, there were three staffers working at the office to support a physician's assistant (PA). I was called into the exam room prior to my appointment time. The tech and I talked about my issues. She excused herself after we were done. A moment later a PA, walked in, introduced herself and we got down to business. I gave her a brief history of my issues. She recommended a topical ointment or if desired I could take an oral medication for quicker results. I opted for ointment. She also suggested a patch testing to see what might be bothering my skin. I will consider that as well. Shared parking outside.

The results were absolutely…read moreamazing and I am only 1 week out after the procedure with current swelling that will still need a few weeks before I see my final result. My wife and I spent nearly 6 months to find a place where we were comfortable with. My with had multiple procedures done at once and I did not originally intend to have my procedure done at first. My wife's results were so amazing that I really felt confident in taking the step in getting my live handles removed that have been with me since my early twenties. In our search we have seen and heard horror stories of terrible results. We saw how we could save money by going over seas but there would be no long term after care. You just get a rush job and have to deal with the consequences. It has been months and Dr Nachbar has still been following up with my wife. His team of supporting staff are the most amazing people that I have ever worked with. Dr Nachbar and his entire team really care about you and your care. You can pay less, but I promise you that your results will not be as good and the after care will be nothing like what Dr Nachbar and his team provide. Expectations: 1. Dr Nachbar and his team walk you thru what your results will roughly be. There is no perfect science as if you remove too much you will have terrible sfter effects. If you remove too little, you will see no change. Dr Nachbar knows exactly how much to remove to get your results to be a significant improvement without the Tara Reid after effects from taking too much. 2. Once you are comfortable with what you would like accomplished you will set a date and will have a pre-appointment to answer any questions and yo walk you thru the next steps. You will be provided with reading materials and directions. I cannot stress this enough. Follow the before and after directions or your results will not be what you want them to be. 3. Dr Nachbar will send you reminders and follow ups to keep you up to date on the next steps and times. He is fantastic and keeping you up to date and reminded. 4. Day of: You will go into the center for your procedure and will be give calls from the center a few days before with instructions. The staff and Dr Nachbar will go over everything with you and will get you ready. You will get a shot to put you to sleep and you will not remember anything that happens during or immediately after the procedure. You will wake up and they will get Liu ready to be picked up by your dependent who drops you off. 5. Have your pain medicine in the car and take it before you even drive off to get home. The pain can be great otherwise. I did not do this and I really wish that I did. Men: You will not know it, but you will wake up angry and the staff will have to keep you under longer if needed if you act out. All men seem to have this issue. I did not remember waking up angry and wanted to jump off the table after I woke up, but I did. They had to sedate me longer to wake me super slowly. It was a mess for them. I am so sorry that I and all mem seemly have this issue. I remember none of this. 6. When you get home, take your pain medication on time around the clock for a few days or the pain will really hurt. Eat properly and rest. Dr Nachbar will call and follow up. He really cares about your after care. His staff are amazing help if you need care and he is in surgery and is unavailable. 7. Follow all the directions in the book. After a week you will have a follow up appointment and many appointments after to see how you recover. You will never find a better doctor and team of staff. I love them All! I love my results. Just remember, this is your body. You are worth the cost of going with the best in the business. The consequences of saving a couple hundred bucks to even a thousand means nothing when the results are terrible and there is zero after care. Fixing damage is nearly impossible. Preventing damage is simply by trusting the process and going with Dr Nachbar!

Today marks a year since my rhinoplasty and I'm still disappointed in the care and dishonesty of…read morethis doctor. Initially I went in for a rhinoplasty consult with Dr. Nachbar and explained what I wasn't happy with which were two specific things; one was the dorsal hump - and the second the tip of my nose that's not straight/symmetrical. He took pictures and did his measurements. He showed me pictures of my profile, but NEVER once showed me pictures of the front view. The last time I saw him before the surgery I asked him to show me pictures and he was hesitant and said that he was working on some "measurements" and would show me the day of the surgery. Well, the day of the surgery came and I asked once more what the front part of my nose would look like, and he showed me a picture with a bunch of measurements scribbled down and couldn't really make what the it would look like, but I trusted him and went with his WORD and did the procedure anyway. After the procedure I was of course very droopy but excited to see my new nose and as soon as I got home, my husband mentioned that the tip of my nose was off/ crooked. We didn't think much of it except that it was maybe swelling and that it would come down and get better eventually. On my first day back to see Dr. Nachbar, I mentioned this and he he told me that it was "normal" and that the swelling would come down and would straighten out. I think I saw him three times before December came and by then I was becoming a little impatient because nothing was changing, mind you, swelling was coming down, but as far as my tip goes, I knew something was wrong. My husband went in with me at my appointment in December and he expressed how UNHAPPY I was with this issue. That something needed to be done to address this mess. His assistant was in the room with us at the time and immediately interrupted my husband and said that the doctor did a great job and that we had to be patient, blah blah blah. Long story short, the only thing he offered was to redo the surgery but couldn't make any "promises" and I that I had to pay out of my pocket the clinic's fees, such as anesthesia and the use of the clinic which was not cheap. Then he went onto, criticize the rest of my face by saying that even my cheekbones were not even and tried to make up for his mistake by making me feel bad. No one was talking about my cheekbones, lips or even eyes, but I guess that's his way of trying to justify himself. I knew I had to wait at least a year to have a revision done but he offered to get it done the very next month in January 2026, which was completely unethical, negligent and unprofessional of his part. Obviously, I wasn't comfortable being his patient anymore, and I declined his ridiculous offer. I went in for one last consult, and he still asked if he can post my pictures on his website which I thought was so foolish of him. I went to six different plastic surgeons and all of them told me that this could have been fixed the "first time" and that a revision was possible, and that this issue could be addressed and fixed which made me happy and was something to look forward to. I notice that when I smile, that's when my nose deviates to the right more and that's what I don't like. Right now I'm just saving up for my revision to have it done correctly this time. To this day, I'm obviously not happy with the procedure at all and I DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.
