I also did an under-eye bleph with him May 2025, and now 3 months later, I'm healed and my results are fabulous. Also, why I was totally 100% comfortable going with him for breast augmentation. It's been about 3 weeks and also thrilled. From the beginning and post surgery. The staff is so so nice and you feel like the only patient. Even at my post-op appointments, I feel so comfortable, I didn't feel like I was bothering him with my constant questions and he would gladly spend all day answering them. I could go on and on. After talking to his provider and several other companies I met with Jennifer at Natural Results. The first consultation I had with her, I could tell she was a medical provider that was different from all the previous ones I had spoken with. She took the time to inspect the physical scarring and also listen to the emotional impact it had over my adult life. Most of the other providers came across very clinical and in a hurry to their next appointment. I could tell she has a compassion and caring for her patients that went above and beyond the clinical aspects. She did a Morpheus8 microneedling procedure that went well. However, she suggested I would be better served given the severity of my acne scars to consider the UltraClear laser instead. That is something I had never thought of and given my lack of knowledge I was somewhat reluctant. I felt laser would be a much more painful procedure with a bigger risk factor for something to go wrong. Jennifer took the time to explain everything to me and let me know that it's important that I feel comfortable with the UltraClear treatment. Being an IT engineer I did a lot of research and asked her a lot of questions which she was always willing to answer. I've had a couple UltraClear procedures and the pain was a lot less than I expected and I was surprised by the short time for recovery. She was always making sure I was comfortable during my procedures and followed up several times during the week after to make sure I was doing well. I know for sure there's only one person that I want treating me and that would be Jennifer. Her professionalism is at the highest level I've seen compared with any other medical providers I have dealt with. In Oct. 2025 I called and…read morerequested an appointment with Gawley and was told that I would have to pay a consulting fee of $250 plus a $2,000 surgery fee if I wanted an appointment, even though I was a returning client. I questioned why I had to pay a surgery fee up front when I hadn't even seen him. She said that the fee was refundable if I changed my mind after the consultation. I have also been a skin club member of MD Skin for the past 5 years. The next day I got a call from my MD aesthetician saying that skin club members did not have to pay the consultation fee. I saw Dr. Gawley for my appointment and decided not to have the $35K surgery and requested a refund of both the surgery fee and the consultation fee which had been waived. That's where the fun began. The next week I stopped by the office to check on my refund and casually mentioned to the front desk that I would like to make an appointment for a facial consultation. She said that they had just had a cancellation and that Dr. Gawley could see me immediately. He explained that he could not do what I wanted and was concerned that I wouldn't be happy with the results. So I decided that I would not have a $51K surgery that I wouldn't be happy with, and I left the office reminding everyone that I had not received my refund to my bankcard. For the next 2 months I asked for a refund of my $2250 deposit with no response except to pass me on to someone else. Then I talked to the bookkeeper who said she was not going to refund my $2250 and the reasons she gave made no sense. After several more phone calls, I finally talked with Kerri White-Singleton who said that she was the CEO of MD Gawley. She gave me the same rude and pushy run around in a lengthy phone call in which she talked non stop until I said "Let's cut to the chase - are you refunding my deposit or not?" At that point she said that she would make the refund which I finally received the day after Christmas. My recommendation??? Stay away from MD Gawley Plastic Surgery.
