Her home studio is clean and comfortable and close to where I live so hello, no traffic. Making an appointment was easy. I called her but after, we exchanged texts which I am a big fan of because who has time to talk on the phone now, amiright? Now, to the lashes. They're perfect. She was meticulous and she chose lashes that really fit my face and opened up my eyes like whoa! Also, her hands smelled good which doesn't seem like a big deal to anyone else but I've had lash techs just finish lunch before and their hands still smelled like whatever they ate and that's just too close to my face. So I'm on nearly 3 week and I'd say like 90% of my lashes are still in tact and looking beautiful still! I love waking up and just going without worrying about makeup and blah blah #iwokeuplikethis. Classic set was $100. Affordable and well worth the investment even temporary. I'll be going back for more, for sure!

I asked how long it would take and I didn't get a reply. Texted her two more times and I finally got a reply a week after. She said the refund had been issued and that I should've received it by now. I checked with my bank and I didn't receive anything, so I asked her if she could send proof of the refund. She said yes, and ignored me yet again. I texted her twice again to ask where it was and she still ignored me. SCAM fr don't buy stuff from this place.

Since it has only been a week since I got it filled and didn't have an appointment, I didn't even bother letting her know ahead of time that I had a situation with my eye lol. Farzana was SUPER nice enough to accommodate my poor eye and fix it for me! To me, that shows GREAT customer service, and that's a huge thing for me. So if you ever want a great women's spa (and they will be offering more services soon), this is definitely the go-to spot.
