Yes, today was the first time I was back (wasn't given a time or info for return appointment). And I actually came in today at 10:40am to request (and make) a same day appointment at 12pm. Original: Based on the location and all of the great reviews, I first gave Queena Lash a try on 6/3/25. My appointment was with Lisa for natural looking Classic lashes. The lashes were just okay (not symmetrical on both sides), but she said it was because I didn't have lashes there? I didn't like that: 1) I had to ask her to replace the "protective" table covering that she just straightened out for me (just after her previous client used); 2) She told me it was a requirement for her shop to have my existing set of lashes removed and have her install a brand new set (since they weren't done there). Note: I have reason to believe some of MY lashes were taken out in the process. Meantime, her partner got started on a new client and responded "it was up to her" and "her decision whether to start over with a new set or just get a refill" when the client asked for her professional opinion and judgment on what she was having done; and 3) I texted Lisa a picture of my lashes 3 days after she installed the new set to show her how many had already fallen out. She said it was probably because of the heat and I could come in for a refill (but not in the near future) because she was booked up. The ONLY reason I'm here again is: a) My lashes are already gone/missing and b) She offered me a slight discount on my refill because of the ridiculously short time frame of the new set falling out.

Before she started my lashes she showed me the length and asked if I was okay with it and showed it to me on my eye so I can see where the lash would hit. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. She was very careful and thorough. Usually when I get my lashes done my eyes burn at the end but she made sure it was dry before opening my eyes. Had the fan on so the fumes wouldn't burn. She even made sure the tape was in good so my lashes wouldn't stick to the bottom. 10/10 I would recommend her. She's very patient and welcoming.

Worst experience ever! Where do I start?! First, the lady doing my pedicure did not have any of the…read moretools sterilized she even threw a filer in the water to rinse it off where my feet were soaking. That's where my fear for an infection began. Second, she was so rough she cut me on most of my toes as you can see in the pictures. She also had only massaged me for 5min and was claiming she massaged me for 15min. Lastly, her work was sloppy she painted/cured the polish all around my skin. Then proceeded to clean it up using a file all around my skin which further caused me pain. I am currently very scared as one of my toes is in a lot of pain and a bit swollen. I am hoping it's not infected. I will post a picture of how it's going. Until they change their cleaning regulations and hire people that care I would advise you not stay away from this place.
