There seems to be a lot of stylists here and everyone was really friendly and greeting each other. Each stylist seems to have their own private suite which is nice! The shampoo area is shared between stylists.As far as my hair is concerned, my hair my husband said is the best it has ever looked. Very bizarre. When I called to set up the appointment I mentioned that I had a groupon, which I…read morereceived as a gift. She proceeded to tell me all the things she COULD NOT DO because she didn't know what "those Vietnamese people do". She sounded very derrogatory and racist. I should have known at that moment to call Groupon and ask for a refund. I suggested to make the appointment instead for my daughter and she blurts out "I DON'T ALLOW CHILDREN!" I thought, Wow! Relax. She's 18. I made the appointment and she changed it about 3 times because she was assuming what my daughter's schedule was. She scheduled me 2 weeks out. Most professional salons that schedule that far will send you a reminder. I called back when I realized I missed my appointment and asked to reschedule. Of course at this point I should not have been surprised by her decorum, as she very clearly has none, but she shocks me with "NOW YOU OWE ME $20". I was very confused. She reiterated quite rudely "IT SAYS IT ON THE GROUPON!!!!" i wish I had had more information about the type of person Stephanie is.
