I went in for my first facial with Jaime, and I knew I would keep booking here because of how great Jaime was. After a few facials there, I signed up for 6 facials with them (pay 5 up front, get the 6th one free) without any hesitation. Jaime is so sweet, attentive, and just an overall great person! I love coming in to see her. I had one facial with Kaley who was also absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend her too. Overall, I've never had such positive continuous experience with a spa. I really think this is the best spa.

Second visit they forgot to bring my champs to me. New location has had dirty restrooms both times, new slippers/shoes are too large and are not only uncomfortable they squeak. I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

First time here. Great experience. Super clean environment. Friendly receptionist and wax…read moreassociate. I am assuming this is a franchise or a corporate company. This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you. As an employer, it's your responsibility to protect them. Thanks for taking this feedback. I'd like to use your services again - if you ditch the microwaves. Thanks!
