Where to start... I was very impressed with the safety regulations during the COVID pandemic. They follow CDC guidelines to the "T" and the shop is one of the absolute cleanest I have ever been to. I had my session with Jenna who in one word can be described as awesome. During the initial consultation we went over position, design, dimensions and coloring. She was personable and showed extreme interest in making my body art perfect as if she was tattooing onto her own body. The day of my inking appointment again, CDC guideline, cleanliness and again extremely positive attitude. Her attention to detail was amazing, again as if it were going onto her own body. She made sure every line was straight, every bare spot was filled in and actually free handed my water coloring. She is an amazing and talented artist and I will definitely be coming back to the shop for more work in the future. I loved my experience here! I must say I have never been to a tattoo place where the artist really took their time with me to try to understand what I wanted and then hand draw it themselves to make it even more unique. Jenna was so great. She gave me a lot of font options as well-- which another shop did not do for one of my other tattoos, and was really patient and cool about me taking time to find the right one. I was very happy with the final product and it has healed nicely. A lot of my friends have their own particular tattoo artist that they always go to and now I have found mine. I would highly recommend this shop (the other artist there was nice as well and also seemed to take his time with whoever he was working with or talking to). I worked with Tony and then Jenna on a few small tattoos. The prices were decent. And Tony and Jenna were both professional, friendly, and welcoming. Jenna and Tony made sure that everything was perfect, making even the smallest tattoos seem important. They were patient as I decided how I wanted the tattoos to look and where I wanted them. Then they double-, triple- checked to make sure the visuals and placements were right before starting. I will definitely go back if I ever get another tattoo. AFTER 1, MEETING MY ARTIST - who "had someone call out for the 3rd time" and had *NOT "returned his deposit" 2, prepping for my tattoo - stencils on and everything - remembering "oh hey - don't i need to sign something?" being told ****OHHHH YEAAAAAHHHHHHHH - THANNNNNKSSSSS - signing papers/copying license/etc - WHICH I WOULD'VE ALSO FORGOTTEN but not been held LIABLE for 3, GETTING MY TATTOO 4, paying my bill - tipping generously - then being told - HAH "i wont charge you for the extra 12 minutes" WOWWWWWWW THANKS!!! at 150$/hr, I DID NOT ACCOUNT FOR THOSE MINUTES *you* took to tell me "all about your life and story and whatever" DID I COMPLAIN?? nope. Before leaving, I asked- "is it ok if I call in two weeks - here's a deposit" GUESS WHO "LOST" my phone number" (that I must've wrote it 3x, had communication via instagram, email - everything - MULTIPLE ways to contact me.) WHAT WAS THAT DEPOSIT FOR? FOR YOU TO DRAW *****NOTHING????????**** I WAS GOING TO EMAIL YOU EXAMPLES PRIOR TO YOU DRAWING SINCE I KNOW YOU'RE NOT A MINDREADER CLEARLY I honestly would've recommended for cleanliness, but now - NOT A DAMN THING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will be having any work done on my arm completely covered. Walked in when they opened to get a small tat. Female artist greeted me and helped me sort through fonts, size, etc. She then did an amazing job on the tat. Great lines and a steady hand. Owner was very nice as well. Shop is immaculate, equipment is new, clean, and top of the line. Overall a 10 out of 10! July 2018 - saw Jenna again and had the exact same terrific experience. She made some necessary changes to my ink before we started that I didn't realize had to be done. The result - perfect! Jenna is a great artist and very nice person. Came in here today! I'm not sure if it's a new place but I can't believe I've never gone before. The girl was so nice and professional and the place was so clean. She was honest about the work that I wanted done (a quote) and told me what would last, what size will hold up the best, etc. which I appreciate so much because I have a quote on my foot that just didn't age well at all that I had done somewhere else.
