Patrons are required to wear masks, there is hand sanitizer clearly available, seats are wiped down in between sessions, and social distancing is practiced. So if safety is a concern from you, I think you will feel pretty safe here. I got my ears pierced and my best friend got a tattoo. I was scared to get my third piercing but Mike hit me with a motivational quote that changed my mind! "Pain is temporary" -- loved that but also, so true right?! I called beforehand to ask about getting a tragus piercing, and was told to stop in during business hours. Note: There's some street parking available in front of the shop depending on the time of day you visit. I had no problem. Upon entering, the shop looked inviting and clean, and there is a couch to the left (super comfy btw). Carrie, my piercer, was in the back finishing up with a customer. I could tell it was going to be a good experience because the lady before me was laughing and chatting away with Carrie. I was given an iPad to complete some paperwork and provided my ID, and then was taken to the back of the room. She gave me a selection of jewelry to choose from and I picked one that I liked most. She completed the piercing, and here's where she earned 5 stars (if I could give her 10 stars, I would). I got up from my chair after she was done, and I was feeling faint (new experience for me, made me realize that I'm not 18 anymore). I asked her where the restroom was and she started to show me, but then asked me if I was feeling faint or like I was going to throw up. I told her yes, and she immediately brought me back to the piercing room and sat me down, elevating my legs. Then she applied cold compress on my neck and placed a fan near me. She kept talking to me and told me a story that I won't repeat here out of respect, and I could see that despite being a total stranger to me, she was such a compassionate person. After about 10-15 minutes, I felt so much better and was ready to get up and pay. I didn't have cash on me and couldn't leave a tip on the card, and you know what Carrie said? Without skipping a beat, she said it was okay and that the best tip was a positive review. And I could tell she was being so genuine. I left but I didn't feel right about not leaving a tip. The next day, I dropped off a thank you card and tip. She didn't remember me, which honestly made the experience that much more meaningful - she's just naturally that kind and cool that she didn't think anything of my situation. If you're looking to get pierced, come see Carrie!

I got my snakebites sometime two years ago by them (They are healthy as they should be) but when piercied (I was pierced by a black man there) He ended up pushing one if the piercings back in after originally taking it out because it was uneven which it wasnt. He proceeded to blame me for listening to his instructions which was breath in deeply (i have more than 5 professionally done piercings, i feel like i would know if it was my fault) With my septum, they pierced it once through the tip of my cartliage which was unfit to stretch it to the gauge i wanted. (a bald guy) I hope this store gets better experience because there is so much potential and so close to where i live.
