However, the ink I got at Working Class Art will stay with me forever and I am grateful for their work. Nikki elevated a simple idea of mine into something much more impressive and I am thankful for her ideas as well as composition when she did two small pieces at once for me. I absolutely 100% recommend this shop. My girlfriend and I have been tattoo'd several times over the past 3 years by Mike and Nikki. They did our first tats together in the shop they previously worked at. When were ready for tattoo #2, we found out they left and opened their own shop, so we tracked them down. Even though they were farther away, we still drove to see them. The shop itself is excellent, very clean, orderly, and their awesome taste in art can be seen on the walls. The rooms are very comfortable, and they have all their supplies neatly ordered. This place is bright and professional looking. Very new school. The staff is amazing. Everyone greets you with a smile when you walk in. They are very helpful and willing to listen to your ideas. They are all artists, and several of our tattoos we gave free range to Mike and Nikki to create something. They never ever disappoint in their concepts. They are willing to fix and change details as well so that you get exactly the tattoo you envision. These guys are incredibly professional as well. They protect their surroundings, sanitize, wear gloves, and I feel very comfortable every time I get tattoo'd there. Their execution is excellent as well. Both my girlfriend and I love every piece of art we have on our bodies from them. You can even see their creations posted on their Facebook page, that truly tell the level of skill these artists have. Their portfolios in the shop also prove their quality. I can tell you first hand that Mike has "hands of an angel", I barely feel pain during every tattoo I have gotten from him. He is very respectful when I ask to take a break as well. I received another tattoo from an artist in SF who really bruised me up, so I can tell the different in their tattoo style. I recommend checking out Working Class Art. As I said, my girlfriend and I have several tattoos from them. We are planning on getting more. Shop owner doesn't stand by his people who do terrible tattoos. There is some good work here, but unfortunately I was given a bad tattoo. When I asked the owner what he can do to help he just basically acted like it was my problem and he wont lift a finger to help. When I spoke to the artist about his terrible work, he acted the same way, instead of having the professional integrity to try to correct his terrible work. I wouldn't recommend this shop if it was the last tattoo place on earth. read more
