I randomly showed up and walked-in to this tattoo shop and I can't be happier that I did. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and kind. They also speak spanish and ask you all the information needed to ensure you have a great experience. Denny, was the artist that took care of me, and he made my first tattoo experience incredible. He made sure I was 100% comfortable with my design and he answered all the questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have nothing bad to say about my tattoo artist. I can honestly say she does great work! If on the website it states that the shop opens at 12pm, you should open at 12pm. At 1240pm, I was still sitting in my car waiting to go in. Very dissappointed. read more

If you are looking for a con artist, then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a good and reliable artist then I highly recommend you go somewhere else. If I had a chance, I would give this place and the artist -10. So, there is this so-called artist who works here by the name of Josh and I had originally made an appointment with him on Nov 16th. I had stopped by there sometime end of Sept to make an appointment and his first availability was in Nov. Also, I had given him pictures of what I wanted to get done via IG and through text messages multiple times (remember this as it will play a key role later in the review). Couple weeks later I go back there because it was hard for me to grab a hold of him over the phone. That's when I started to have my doubts. Mind you not it's a half hr. drive from my house to this place. Also, I had placed a deposit when I had originally made my appointment. So anyways when I go there the second time to speak to him about some modifications. He tells me to come on Nov 17th Sunday instead of the 16th and the reason for this was because his birthday was on the 16th. So, I said ok Nov 17th is fine. On Nov 17th 2019 he sends me a message and tells me that he will need to push my appointment a little back because the boss was making a couple of them take a hiatus, which is a total bullshyt. He was probably still hungover and recovering from his birthday party. Given that I really liked his work and it's difficult to find a good artist. I said ok fine, you can push it back again for the second time. This time the appointment that he gave me was for Dec 1st 2019. On Dec 1st, I get there half hr early just so I don't hit traffic or anything and because I was super excited. Given this guy's nature and his lack of competency and lack of customer service skills. Guess what he does, he never shows up! The shop had to call him and remind him that he had an appointment with me on that day. He later texts me and tells me that he completely forgot about the appointment and that he would give me a discount on the tattoo. My original tattoo was going to cost me somewhere between $1100 - $1200 and the discount that he gave me was $350 flat. Of course, this was too good to be true and I already knew that he wasn't going to own up to his word about the price. Yet again, I made one final appointment with him just to see if he owns up to his word and claims a good artist that he is. So my third and final appointment with him was on Dec 8th. He texts me and asks me if I can come in at 2:00 P.M. The original time was for 1:00 P.M. so he is already pushing this one hr behind. I said ok fine. Then he does the unthinkable, he asks me if I can send him the images again of what I am trying to get done again. Even though I had sent this to him back in September via IG and text, multiple times. He is still asking me if I can send it again on the day off! At this point I just had to ask him if he was going to be able to do my tattoo or not and he goes "All my tattoo's that you see on IG are done on the same day and you were hesitant to pay me to begin with". He was basically trying me make me sound like a bad guy and try to intimidate me, so that I cancel the appointment. However, I told him that if he wants, he can reschedule the appointment because clearly, he wasn't going to be able to make it this time either. Originally, I knew that he wasn't even going to show up on the first place and this just proved to me that due to the lack of his skills not only he wouldn't be able to perform the tattoo but he is also not the man of his word. I am sure the other artist there are pretty good with their art and reliable with their customers. However, this guy was just a slacker and unprofessional!!! How are you going to reschedule with a customer 3 times? Be very careful before you book this con artist as he is not the man he claims to be. Not sure how the owner of this place still has him there. read more
