The young lady at the front desk went and asked Luka if he was available and he came down and let me know that he did have one appointment but was able to take me after. Luka drew up the design I asked for, a hawthorn, and we went over the sizing and what was the best fit and recommended the size we did to maintain the amount of detail to keep the piece legible. Luka was very respectful, he talked me through each step process and I asked to take a break I think about 4 times, 3-4 times, and they respected my request and was calm and professional throughout the whole process. Luka was very thorough and knowledgeable about the aftercare as well since the last 2 tattoo artists I've gone to never gave me any aftercare advice.
