Their shoes and bags are of really good quality; and if it's been a few years since your last visit, stop by to notice how much they have improved. Just prior to walking into ALDO, I subjected myself to the chaos that is the Macy's shoe department. The customer service, staffing, and cleanliness at Macy's continues to suffer. ALDO, however, is able to provide their customers with a much better overall experience. I was assisted by two associates on my last visit, Lisa and Jackson. Jackson checked for my shoe size in the back and returned quickly enough to ensure I remained interested. Lisa greeted me immediately when I walked in the door and was full of suggestions, as she followed my direction and taste in accessories -never did I feel cramped or pressured. And what I've also noticed is how sharp their men's shoes are. They have a real classic look. Shopping for shoes and other accessories shouldn't feel like a chore or a long drawn out process. I know people may be initially surprised when they hear my newest bag is from ALDO, but yes quality is quality and it's GORGEOUS. I can't wait to see what their fall collection looks like.

The shoes are cute but not worth the price..cheaply made...never going there again

I contacted Steve Madden support, who has been everything but helpful. They informed me the shoes I originally purchased were now out of stock. However, I cannot get a refund on those shoes, until I ship back the shoes that were accidentally sent to me. I attempted to explain that the refund should have been initiated as soon as the shoes were noted to be out of stock, with no avail. I repeatedly expressed how disappointed I was in the situation and the customer service, and they not once addressed my concerns, only focused on me shipping back the item sent to me by mistake. I even requested for a manager to contact me, which did not occur. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and service recovery provided to me and sadly, will not be shopping from them any longer. This is not about this store itself but about the company as a whole.

Well, now I do and along with other great or good value factory stores in this mall, I'm glad I finally got to this one in person. The NB Factory Store in JERSEY GARDENS MALL is a pretty decently sized store with what I consider to be a very wide selection of NB shoes and other products for men and women. On the three recent occasions I shopped in this store, I was met and greeted by some very nice and considerate employees who were very helpful and considerate, especially after I told them I am hearing impaired. During my second visit to this store, I had a very particular style of running shoe in mind and fortunately, I was able to find my size quickly. After some quick browsing and a final look-see, I was able to get out of the store in a very short period of time. If you are a fan of New Balance products, I recommend this factory store without reservation. The prices are great, especially during their BOGO events and even without them, buying an individual pair of shoes there will be, IMO, a worthwhile trip.
