While in the store I tried on easily 20 bathing suits, and was helped by a lovely saleswoman named Jessica. She was extremely patient, I knew the stock and the fit very well, and was able to help me find a suit that fit all of my requirements. In addition, I was very impressed with how closely the store followed the health protocols including continuous use of masks the entire time I was there. Also helping me was a store manager Michelle. She did a great job explaining the differences in the suits to me and helping me make my choice. I will definitely return!

This particular location was very organized making it very easy to find what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing some workout clothes which Marshall's is one of the best places to come if your looking for a great deal! While I was in check out, I also picked up a few more small items due to their cleaver but strategic way of placing items that they "know" your tempted to buy upon paying for your things! LL Bean is located in the northwest corner of the parking lot. It's a small outdoor shopping center and you can't miss it, due to the large lettering outside of the building. This store is average in size when compared to their larger locations. They don't carry kayaks, but they do carry camping gear, including tents. You'll find a nice assortment of travel cups/mugs that keep your drinks nice and warm. They have backpacks to suit the needs of avid campers. Their clothing selection changes with the seasons. Most of their clothes were geared to the Spring season. They did have some nice jackets and vests that were on sale. I bought a beautiful brown coat that is perfect for mild Spring weather. I also bought some stickers and magnets that I haven't been able to find on their website. LL Bean honors teachers by providing us with a 10% discount on your purchase. You can fill out the form online or present a current teacher ID. If you are a retired teacher, you can still get the discount if your teaching license is still active. The people at LL Bean are passionate about the company. They are often avid outdoorsmen and women. They know their products well and can offer good advice if you have questions regarding an item. LL Bean can be a little pricey, but just keep an eye out for sales. They are best known for their bean boots, which are a high quality duck boot that keeps your feet dry. I was able to select a couple of pairs of custom shoe strings for my duck boots. LLL Bean will always be one of my favorite stores. I always get compliments for the sweaters that I buy from their stores. They are rather unique and are a real eye catcher when worn out in public. You really can't go wrong with LL Bean. Today I must say I was disappointed with the experience I just had at this location. It was the first time I have ever experienced a store with salespeople who would not assist me. I entered and was not greeted which I would have chucked it up to being distracted or busy but that was not the case. The three sales women who were in the store immediately ignored me. I really noticed the brush off when two white women entered one behind the other and were promptly not only greeted but asked if they would like any assistance. I have better places to spend my money considering I am a legend member. I will have to say goodbye to this store and stick to online shopping. At least I know I will not experience being ignored simply for not "Looking" the part. Take it how ever you wish I know when I am being profiled simply for not being white.

I'm sure there are people who like this business model and consider it to be good service, but I find it very uncomfortable. I went into this location today to look around. I actually was looking for an event I needed clothes for, but told the sales girl I was just browsing in hopes to keep her at bay. I ended up trying a few things on and she kept bringing more - shoes, jewelry, etc. There were several items that I planned to buy and had I have been just left alone, I would have spent about $250. But because the sales girl was all over me with suggestions and asking me to come out and model, standing outside my dressing room talking to me, I just left without buying anything. Please reconsider this sales tactic. Not everyone likes is and some of us thoroughly dislike it. Take cues from the customer and if they seem to want to shop independently, let them do so. I've now had this experience in 4 different states, so I won't be back unless I know things have changed. It's obvious the staff is working on commission l, but they will lose sales from customers like me for being too overbearing.
