It was super busy but it was a Saturday so that was expected. I parked my car and went in, then Gabe checked my car in. He told me they were a little behind and I didn't want to wait hours for it, so I told them to take their time and I'll go run some errands. They send me a text around 3 (my appt was at 11). I'm glad they were up front about the wait and it was more than reasonable pricing for my oil change. Just for the low stress and efficiency of the whole thing I might actually take my car in on time for its next oil change. Also I want to point out that they are great to work with, we've always brought our vehicles for sometimes minor fixes and they don't charge for them. At this location and while traveling. I arrived at 8:50 AM, was checked in by 9:00 AM, and was told the service would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. At 11:15 AM, my car STILL hadn't even been taken back. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had written down the wrong car and somehow my vehicle had been overlooked for over two hours. ‍ Once they finally looked at it, they told me I had two nails, my wheel couldn't be repaired, AND because my car is AWD, I supposedly needed all four new tires--for a grand total of $1,800. They also claimed they didn't have any cheaper tire options for my vehicle. I said NOPE. Put my wheels back on because I was going somewhere else. They even tried to convince me to let them do the work because they already had the tires off. I still declined. Then, to make matters worse, they put everything back together and didn't even repair the nail that could have been repaired. I took my car straight to America's Tire for a second opinion. Guess what? I only needed ONE tire for around $150. I ended up replacing both rear tires because the tread was getting low anyway, and my total was around $400. $400 vs. the $1,800 I was told I needed to spend. The difference is ridiculous. Between losing my car for hours because they wrote down the wrong vehicle, the poor communication, the attitude, and being told I needed four tires when another tire shop said I only needed one, this experience completely turned me off from Les Schwab. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before spending your money here. I will NEVER take my car back to Les Schwab.

I called on a Monday morning about a tire rotation, oil change, and smog check. They told me sure, head on over. After explaining the charges for each (which were acceptable based on other rates that I had checked in the area), they got to work and sent me on my way after 25-30 minutes. Impressive stuff. As an added bonus, the waiting room is quite spacious with comfortable leather couches. They have a couple of light snacks, water, and coffee as well. I can't recall the last time I felt content waiting for my car to get fixed up. These guys will have my business again.

The customer service was super friendly, with the service technician even topping off my windshield wiper fluids and leveling my tires air pressure. The waiting room is SUPER clean and modern. With comfy chairs to watch tv, a small reading area for kids and high rises if you want to bring your laptop and get some work done. They offered cold complimentary water and had a wide screen tv for entertainment to past the time. I'm highly recommending this location to family and friends as I was thoroughly impressed with my smog service.

I just purchased a new battery from them. The employee told me that it might be your alternator? Today, I brought my car in to have my alternator replaced. Speaking with the owner, He told me the issue isn't with the battery or alternator. It's with my aftermarket car alarm. For some reason, it is draining my battery. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
