I am beyond disgusted by the way my friends and I were treated this past Sunday. We were having a perfect meal thanks to our amazing server, Lydia, and a great conversation with Will about the menu. It was exactly the kind of hospitality you expect--until the manager decided to ruin it. This manager--a short man with a massive ego--started screaming from across the dining room for Will to go clean tables, right in the middle of our interaction. It was loud, it was aggressive, and it was completely humiliating for everyone involved. When I directly confronted him about his unprofessionalism and how he was disrupting our experience, he didn't even try to apologize. Instead, he looked me and my friends in the face and told us: "I'm the manager, and I'll do what I want."It is disappointing to see such a "short" fuse and a lack of basic leadership skills in a management position. We were enjoying the food and the service from the floor staff, but this manager's attitude completely soured the experience. Sizzler needs to hire management that understands professional decorum; until then, we will not be returning. read more

This is for my visit on Friday 2/21/25 ..... Ordered steak and all you can eat shrimp paid $20 for a 14oz Rib Eye with fries upgrade. First of all the amount of fries and shrimp was small (like 10 shrimp) also the refills were exactly 10 shrimps at a time. Then the steak was half fat (inedible) Talked to the manager didn't really seem to care .. had a chocolate cake on the house and that's it. My mom and aunt had salad bar and didn't enjoy either ... This place is 100% underrated! Sizzler reminds me of my youth. My family and I used to come here to celebrate many birthdays, good grades and just as a nice night out. So to end 2024, my family and I came to enjoy a nice night out with good food. We ordered the jumbo shrimp small plate meal and the steak and jumbo shrimp meal for myself. I shared with my son because he was wanting the shrimp, which he loved and said it was so delicious. I also ordered the kids salad bar for him. For the small plate meal you get a side salad which means you get a plate for the salad bar. That salad bar is fire! Aside from your normal salad they also had some pre-made salads, taco bar, spaghetti and meatballs, fried chicken wings, orange chicken, soup and a desert bar. My steak was superb! I asked for med-well and that's exactly what I got. It had so much flavor. Since it was NYE we decided to come at 4pm to have an early dinner. It was the perfect time to come. We left around 6pm and the crowd picked up a bit. Our waitress seemed a bit busy so things we asked for took a little longer than I would have liked. Also the decor here could be updated a bit as it still reminds be of 80-90s decor. This place is still 10/10 in my book and I will be back many more times. read more

Dropped by this Sizzler after visiting the nearby railway museum since they were advertising discounts for railway museum guests and it turned out to be a great choice! Maria took great care of us, and Yvette, the manager, was super pleasant and made sure we were enjoying our meal and experience. The steak was exceptional and the Malibu chicken was great as well, not to mention the delicious cheese bread a salad bar items. I stopped in for lunch last Saturday after attending the Southern California Railway's railroad swap meet. As the noon temperatures were climbing the air conditioned Sizzler restaurant was a welcomed respite. I was welcomed by the friendly staff and after paying for my order I sat at one of the booths. Once I had established my seating arrangement I made a quick trip to the rest room to wash off some of the road grime accumulated by the morning's event! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rest room!! When I returned to my table my drink and extra napkins were waiting for me. My order included the salad bar so I walked over to the salad bar buffet where all the selections were neatly organized and all was clean! I must admit that I did stack my plate and headed to my booth; once I sat down Roberto, one of the servers, came by with my order and offered slices of cheese toast which I accepted without question. The one thing that impressed me the most was that everything was CLEAN! I found out that Lynette Marcella is the manager of this Sizzler and I congratulated her for running a tight ship! I can sincerely recommend Sizzler Perris, CA to all without reservation and give this establishment five stars read more

Three and a half for the whole experience. I will give my cheeseburger meal a 4 star for sure. It was well seasoned and all the deluxe fixings were fresh and great. The French fries were nice and piping hot and also well salted. The other meals in my opinion weren't as delicious as mine. The steak was a bit dry and stringy and the lobster tail looked a bit dry but I didn't try it so I can't say for sure what it tasted like. The ambiance is rather bland and a bit older looking. Our server was very polite and fast. She brought out everything we asked for as well as coming back to make sure we are all well. read more
