    If i could give no star I would. I had a horrible experience from start to finish. The lady that assisted me was nice but then asked for documents that were not requested prior to my arrival so I had to struggle finding something to present. I have never had an issue at any other Rental. Then she didn't even walk to inspect the car , she handed me the keys and went on her merry way. Additionally, the man when I brought the car back conveniently noticed a chip in the front windshield AS SOON AS he walked up to the car and tried to say I caused the damage. Then he said "I am not going to penalize you" and i said "you shouldn't because I reported it online and have time stamped photos proving it wasn't me and happened prior to the rental." He STILL tried to claim I did it. Luckily i reported it in the contact us of the website because the QR code for self reporting wasn't working and I was able to prove that the damage happened BEFORE i even took possession of the car. Completely ridiculous and will not ever be using Sixt ever again. I told everyone I know and would recommend you go somewhere else even if they are more expensive.

    Sixt Pasadena on Colorado are scamming people. Dont rent from them. They have done this to many people read the google reviews and reddit.

Reserved a minivan for 2:30 PM, showed up on time, and was told there was a recall on minivans that they found out about that morning. No call, no warning--just wasted my time driving there when they easily could have notified customers in advance. The employee helping us, Miles, had zero urgency and was completely unhelpful. My friend and I had to tell him to call the mechanic, check on returning vehicles, and contact other locations--basically doing his job for him. Communication was inconsistent, and we kept getting different answers about vehicle availability. To make matters worse, Miles was rude and dismissive during our interactions, especially when we were trying to problem-solve under time pressure before closing. We were told to come back later, then got a last-minute call saying the vehicle was no longer available. We then booked cars through multiple other Enterprise locations, were told they were available, drove there--and guess what? Not available. This happened more than once including at an airport location. How and why does a company keep confirming reservations for cars that don't exist? The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer service was shocking. This experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly stressful. I would not rely on this location--or their reservation system--if you actually need a guaranteed vehicle.

I had to call in 6 hours later myself to get an update, all for him to sound annoyed. NEVER BOOK FROM HERE OR ENTERPRISE IN GENERAL Booked a reservation with enterprise, luckily I called in. They had said "they are overbooked and no cars available". They also said that they looked all day to find the car I wanted when I had just booked the reservation 5 mins ago. To add insult to injury, they wanted to put me in a vehicle that's $60/day more than what I had originally booked for (standard elite), and then offered me in a vw Jetta just because it has leather seats when I originally booked for a luxury type vehicle like an Audi. When questioned why was I allowed to even book if they don't have any available, the answer I got was not sure they just like to overbook us.

    This is the worst customer service I've experienced for a rental car company. Rafael helped me out…read moreinitially when I rented the vehicle. He told me that I'll only be charged for the additional driver and to keep the vehicle clean and I won't be charged with anything else. I received the vehicle extremely dirty. It was as if a child took chalk and drew it all over the seats (back and front) and the top of the vehicle. The outside had many scratches. I let Rafael know and he asked his colleague went to inspect the car because he was helping out another customer. I pointed out the top of the vehicle and the seats. The guy cleaned out the one spot on the top and said the car was okay. I pointed at the rest of the top and the seats. He told me that they only look at "actual damage to the outside of the car". I asked why did Rafael say "keep the vehicle clean" when the vehicle is so dirty? The guy told me not to worry. I told him that tank wasn't even full either. There was a some miles off. I came back and Santiago helped me out. He gave me the receipt and told me that I am getting charged for "insurance". I told him that everything was paid for in advanced and Rafael told me that I'm only paying for the additional driver. It looked like he contacted Rafael through text and he told me that Rafael missed it and he took off the additional charge. They blamed it on the other budget store that I had rented from. Santiago told me that I am only paying for the additional driver. I received a new receipt giving me a refund for the additional "insurance" and I only was charged for the additional driver. A day later, I was charged an additional $9.93. Upon calling , they said it was for the gas. These workers here are so DISHONEST! You can't tell someone one thing and then do another thing behind their back. I am going back on Monday when they open because they wanted to see "proof" that we did not receive the car on a full tank when we received it. I have pictures of when I got the vehicle. BEWARE when renting from here!!!! They will randomly charge you without your knowledge! The pictures I took don't really even show the actual dirtiness of the car.

    Over the holidays it seems everyone needs a car so every location of Enterprise will be over…read moresubscribed. Same thing happened to me over Christmas 2024 when I was visiting. Pro tip: Do not rely on phone calls because the team members are occupied with onsite customers, this location is consistently short-staffed, and there's no time to answer incoming phone queries. I have to say the young team members left to fend for themselves behaved with grace and good manners. Call out to Faith the sweet lady, Juan who never flinched or showed irritation and Jasson who patiently extra-washed a car to make sure my experience was not compromised. As well the cleaning staff does an outstanding job turning around the steady stream of cars being dropped off. This operation is as difficult as a major airport hub in handling exchanges of vehicles to various different parties over various different periods. I was thoroughly satisfied with the extraordinary way in which the customer service people here handled customers while under duress. I kept the car a second longer period instead of returning it on the date I said I would. Seamless customer experience. The staff drove me to another location in San Gabriel to pick up my car because I arrived later than my estimated pick up time. Great choice of staff Enterprise, please give these priceless young folk a raise so they can continue to work in Pasadena.

First off their office is dirty and the people unfriendly and very unprofessional. They had the TV blasting and the counter person just sitting in a dirty chair next to the TV in the waiting area in his flip flops. I stood at the counter for a bit trying to figure out who works there, then he casually gets up not saying much and goes behind the counter. I started getting bad vibes from this place. The back parking area didn't have any clean cars and it looked gross with an old leather chair for smoking in the parking lot. The car we were given was disgusting! It wasn't vacuumed and the carpets and seats filthy. There were candy bar wrappers on the floor and a used plastic food container. The car had dents and scratches all over it. How is this place even in business? If you are brave enough to rent from here, check your rental car carefully and take photos and bring gloves and disinfectant.

I booked the Tesla Model 3 last weekend while I was in town for a wedding and loved every minute of it. Renting was quick and easy online and I opted for the local pick-up at their designated pick up spot. Chris was punctual and enthusiastic, he walked me through how to use the car, where to charge up and all the high tech functions. This was my first time ever driving a Tesla so all the new information was overwhelming but once you get behind the wheel it is fairly easy. The Tesla Model 3 was spotless from head to toe - black and wood interior with a pearl white exterior. Beautiful double panoramic roof and a massive center screen that controls everything in the car. The wedding I attended was in Fullerton so the auto-pilot is what stole the show. Funny thing is, on my first drive I actually got temporarily kicked out of auto-pilot because I kept forgetting to let the car know that I was paying attention (you need to squeeze/tap the steering wheel when the tablet flashes blue). Other than that everything went smoothly. Overall it was a great experience, Tesla created a very enjoyable driving experience (even in LA!), and the guys of Konvoy Rentals make renting one all too easy. I found Konvoy after some Google searching and their "Vegas Package" was just what we were looking for, including 600 miles round trip from LA to Vegas (NO GAS MONEY NEEDED!) and a sweet $25 off promotion for new users. Had a minor issue when the car we wanted was actually rented out, but Dick updated us as soon as he heard, and got us into an equally beautiful, fully loaded Model 3. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better or smoother experience... light years better than any other rental company out there. An actual person picked up the phone, called me back, helped me finalize the quote, rental agreement and insurance andelivery logistics -- truly a white glove experience. Mack even took the time to teach my older parents how to drive the tech-enabled Tesla which was an experience in of itself Dick, Mack, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best time and they truly delivered! Can't beat arriving in style to The City that Never Sleeps!

Unfortunately after Cheyenne left (I was told he was promoted and is now at a different location), this location went downhill FAST. Shane is the absolute worst. I'm SHOCKED that someone with such poor customer service skills got promoted. On my most recent (LAST EVER) visit, I walked in and was not greeted. He finished up with another customer and then continued to not acknowledge me. I sat and waited while he took a call that came in after I did and talked to them for a while without ever acknowledging that I was waiting. Then he hung up that call and just worked on his computer silently talking to himself as if he was alone. He ignored me for a good 20 minutes until I finally walked up (I was the ONLY person in there with him) and asked to be helped. He then rushed through the process, didn't do the walk through, and pretended he didn't know me even though at the end he made a comment like "I know you don't want insurance" which proved he did know me. He was just so so rude to me. It was unbelievable. And this is just the most recent time! I'm not even going to recount all of the other numerous times he has been rude. ZERO stars for Shane, 1 for Edgar because at least he tries, but he seems stressed overwhelmed and pissed off most of the time I see him in there. He's not as bad as Shane but he's still pretty bad at customer service. It's too bad they lost Cheyenne. One additional star because the cars are usually good (although they have a serious deficiency when it comes to their key fob batteries - they're often broken or super low which is a big issue when they rarely give you the back up manual key). But other than that the cars are good. If you must go to Enterprise, go to the Alhambra location instead - they are much friendlier and more helpful. But honestly, five stars for the Budget on Arroyo. Those guys are the best! They helped me out with multiple long term rentals. The cars are slightly less luxurious, but the whole experience is so much more affordable! And best of all at Budget I don't have to deal with Shane being rude a-hole.

Customer service on the phone couldn't make it work and it sounded like our $115 overnight rental was about to balloon into something much higher. When we dropped the car off at the Pasadena location, I was getting ready to order an Uber while my fiancée explained our situation to the attendant. He listened, understood, and--amazingly--had the authority and empathy to waive the additional fees. I'm sure it wasn't free on their end, but that kind of customer-first service goes a long way. It's rare these days to find someone who recognizes a one-off situation and chooses to help. Because of that, I'll likely rent from Budget again. Our Uber showed up so fast I didn't even catch his name, but after a quick handshake and a heartfelt "I got you, brother," I thanked him the best I could and we were on our way.
