I attempted to make a revision in the notes and it didn't get sent through. Admittedly it could be user error but both my husband and I watched me submit it. We then waiting for about 25 minutes for the sandwiches. About 15 minutes in I went to inquire about it and they sorted through a stack of a few receipts before telling me they were going to start them now. When I got my sandwich, it was missing the revision I had made so I went to ask if they could correct. They then argued it wasn't in the notes and got irritated when I asked if they could still fix it. I said I would pay the difference if that was the challenge. They ended up making the change but by then it had been about 35-40 minutes after I ordered the sandwich. Overall, I feel like the experience could have had a lot of improvement. Happy to see a small business in this cute downtown but hoping they improve their processes a bit.

Upon arrival, the restaurant is very cute with nice decor & really cool inside. We arrived at the time our sandwiches should've been ready, but we still had to wait 15 minutes. (The restaurant only had us in there & one group walked in after.) we weren't in a rush so we didn't really mind, but be mindful of the long waits if you're on a time crunch. When we finally got our sandwiches, we took them to go & the Lucia's Club was delicious! It was packed with a lot of meat & flavor, a good bite on to grab on the way home. The BCE was just alright, a little too dry for my taste. However, I'd still come back to try more of their signature sandwiches because the club did NOT disappoint!

WOW WOW WOW! I am impressed!…read more I've been eyeing Molly's on Yelp for a couple of years now since I am a sandwich lover. The reviews have been pointing me in the direction of their Philly Cheesesteak. I finally had the chance to pay this place a visit today. The place is unassuming for what I dare to say is the best sandwich shop in the East Bay. When I walked in to the liquor store there was no deli counter visible. I asked the gentleman working there if they still sold sandwiches in the evening which he replied, "yes" and pointed to a simple menu. A Philly Cheesesteak came out to $14.99 and he warned me it would take about 20 minutes to prepare. I took my sandwich home and ate it about a hour later and it was still piping hot when I took a bite. Let me just say, that it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I love sandwiches and most places are mediocre, but honestly I was shocked how good it actually was! It's fair to say I will be back very soon!
