Timothy immediately helped me find several appealing options to go with my sample. I loved his first suggestion but sadly it was outside my price range ($140 sq ft!). He was helpful with installation suggestions as well: finding a Schluter edging that will compliment the colors. The vibe was mellow and helpful. Unlike other places I have been to, I didn't feel that they needed to perform a wallet biopsy before they answered questions. Can't wait to order my tile and upgrade our kitchen!

I asked to see my slab and she wanted to look for countertops. The salesman was the rudest sales person I have ever encountered. He was hostile and treated me like I was an imbicile. I had to call my GC to verify to him that it indeed was there. The woman finally found the slab. I asked to see it and she said no and that I had to get it out of there. RUDE!
