Timothy immediately helped me find several appealing options to go with my sample. I loved his first suggestion but sadly it was outside my price range ($140 sq ft!). He helped me find a lovely dimensional tile with a great artisan style that will set off the quartz Calacatta Gold well. He was helpful with installation suggestions as well: finding a Schluter edging that will compliment the colors. The vibe was mellow and helpful. Unlike other places I have been to, I didn't feel that they needed to perform a wallet biopsy before they answered questions. Can't wait to order my tile and upgrade our kitchen!

We were greeted friendly and told the lady at the front desk what we were looking for so she checked prices and availability for us. The lady was only able to give us a retail price and recommended to have our builder call and get a wholesale quote. The other lady at the front noticed what we were looking for a d helped looking up if our builder has an account with them and when they found out that he did made sure that we take a sample tile to be able to show him. We still notice its past history of stains, but it is an improvement. This company's lack of customer courtesy is beyond awful. Please read the fine print and demand seeing a finished product before signing the dotted line. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning to reno their kitchen.
