When I went in to complained about their lack of care or value for their customers. I was informed by the young lady that I should do my purchases in the morning. I feel like I got judged and discriminated against today by the owner Mark. First time I met him was today. I inquired about tarped wood sitting in the parking lot. Rather than helping me, he seemed more interested in removing wood that he wanted to plane and sell and I was a distraction to his newly found treasure. As we were walking to go back in the store, he basically dismissed me. "Okay, thanks for stopping by." He literally stood in front of the door. I said, "I am sorry, did you assume I was not going to purchase the wood we looked at or look at anything else?" This was very insulting... He said, "that wood is very expensive. This comment alone told me that he judged me as someone who couldn't afford what I was looking at. Bad news for you is that I can afford it and your discrimination doesn't deserve a penny from me. My husband called and was told it would take several days to even out and it will look decent. And it's Saturday, I didn't see it getting any better. The surface looks really rough and uneven at all. It actually hurt my feet when I walk on it with my shoes on. Since it's really hard to communicate with the people who would actually show up, maybe because my husband paid them before it was done, I would post the pics somewhere for people to see it.
