Fantastic experience! Chris helped us and was great and very knowledgeable. No pressure, very informative, and he got me a great deal on a king sized bed. I would definitely recommend making that location your first stop. Delivery was great, punctual, and the guys were super friendly. Great experience overall. read more

Super overpriced with cheap quality. Their "professionally installed" bed frames are Chinese crap that bends with ant weight. They have replaced twice and they continue breaking. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. Biggest mistake of my life shopping here. Also check out how they manipulate reviews on yelp. Every single sit and sleep is 4.5 stars, stay away from these liars. read more

I walked into this place solely focused on browsing and not purchasing. Not knowing anything about quality in a mattress I figured I'd simply lie down on a few until I had an idea of what type was most suitable for me. I wasn't in there five seconds before my boyfriend and I were greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman by the name of Chris Miller. I explained to him that I was looking for a mattress that would have good support for my bad back; also intending to give him the impression that I wasn't looking to buy, just browse. Because of his knowledge, friendliness and patience in answering all of my questions thoroughly and with the utmost customer service, I walked out of there with a new mattress. If you're looking to purchase or even browse at this location I advise you to ask for Mr. Chris Miller. He made my shopping experience very pleasant, fun and stress free! Thanks again Chris! :) read more

Store Manager Chad Mott was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Mattress shopping for my daughter told him exactly what we needed, showed and tested two mattresses gave us time to decide. Appreciated low pressure. Awesome customer service he gave us sales price from two weeks prior for mattress, included free sheet set, memory pillows, mattress cover and discount on platform frame. Left store 100% satisfied with overall experience. Highly recommend this store and Chad Mott! Most importantly my daughter LOVES her memory foam mattress and pillows, best sleep ever and wakes up without body pain, that makes this mother's heart very happy! Thank you Chad for having the customer's best interest at heart. read more

Lisa helped us from the time we walked in. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about what beds were in the store. She had us try a few to get an idea of each of the brands. The whole experience was easy and had no stress involved. The store manager Chris is the same - very friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to make a good team. Bottom line is I'll definitely be referring them. :) read more

I was very pleased with my mattress purchase at sit and sleep. After having little to no success at other locations sit and sleep really stood out from the crowd. While searching for my mattress I had the help of Dianne who really took the time to walk me through each step of the process. She was incredibly thorough and kind. I ended up purchasing a mattress that had been on display for the past year. Dianne offered me a great deal and even threw in a mattress cover seeing as the mattress had had people on it previously. After I made my decision Dianne took the time to bring her own vaccume from home and vaccume the mattress for me prior to its shipment out to my house. She continued to send me text updates on the progress of the shipment and made the entire purchasing process a breeze. When the movers brought the mattress to my place they even took the time to put the cover on for me. Overall the entire process was outstanding. Thank you so much! read more

My wife and I had great experience shopping for a mattress there. There was no pressure at all. Chris Miller was our salesman, and he was amazing. He was very objective and professional. At one point he was taking care of three customers (including us) at the same time. Not one time did we feel that we were waiting on him. He just knew how to tend to everyone. We found exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Sit N' Sleep and thank you. Gris for making this experience pleasurable for us. read more

Sit 'n Sleep - All set up!! - Mattresses Near Me - Orange, California

Super excited to have just bought a new nectar mattress from Chris Miller! My fiancé and I went into the store yesterday to try some different foam mattress out. Chris was super kind and informative. He showed us around, told us about our different options, and then he gave us time to just try out the mattresses and think. He didn't pressure us to buy anything in particular, just gave us the facts and let us choose for ourselves. My fiancé and I are super happy with our purchase and extra happy that they deliver and take away the old mattress. Chris was great and I would definitely recommend this Sit'n Sleep location! read more

I recently stopped by the orange location, I went to santa ana location the last bed I purchased, to find a new mattress. As I walked in the door I saw a good selection of mattress to try out. As I was sitting on one Diane walked past and asked if I been helped yet. I hadn't so she said she'd be right with me as she finished up with another guest. We chatted briefly and she showed me a few mattresses that meet my specifications. I went back and forth trying them out as she helped other guests and checked back with my often. When I had two different mattresses picked out Diane was finishing with some guests and then came over to answer more questions for me. Then she took me over to the bed that calibrates the mattress that is best for you and as it turns out it was one of the mattresses I was deciding between. So I picked that one, we went to the desk filled out all the needed paperwork and I payed. She told me that mattress was on back order so would take two weeks to be delivered. We chatted some, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to share some stories with me about Europe. Overall at great experience and I'm satisfied and happy I wandered in to check out new beds when I did. Thanks Diane! read more

I contacted the Sit & Sleep in the city of Orange to purchase a adjustable bed for my mother-in-law. She needs and adjustable bed because of her medical issues. The people at the store were wonderful. They went over all the different aspects of the adjustable beds the different price points the different mattresses that can be used with them they also went over the pricing for sheets in the necessity of the sheets. At the store they weren't trying to overcharge me which is what I experienced when I called over the phone to their call center the store is wonderful I believe the managers name was Chris to help me and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received this is a great store great Management read more

Chris was really helpful and friendly but NOT the typical sleezy salesman type. He helped us find the mattress we needed and arranged delivery. He didn't pressure us to spend a lot or act pushy. I called the store a few days later and spoke to Debbie who was a strange bird. I'm really glad she was not the salesperson the night we chose our mattress!! Going forward I only wish to deal with Chris! read more

This is the review for my delivery of mattress.. Carlos and Fernando Truck #96 were AWESOME!! They pulled up and I greeted them outside. I advised them that my new bedframe was not setup yet and they assured me the mattress could lean against the wall for awhile until I could set it down. They delivered the new mattress and put gloves on when they opened it to put the Protective Cover on. They gave me a few extra instructions, took the old mattress and box spring away and were on their way. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. Thanks again guys... read more

Alfred was so helpful and friendly during my quest to find the right mattress. He was very patient, attentive, informative and never pressured me to buy anything I didn't need. I told him my price point and he helped keep within it. The bed was delivered the next day by a very friendly and efficient team. Recently opened, the store seems like it is more on Tustin Ave at Katella, right behind the Norms Restaurant. Very inviting store with plenty of mattresses to try out However, I was looking for a specific mattress that I had slept on at Paris Las Vegas and had the best night's sleep of my entire life. Bob Cooper knew exactly what I was talking about and walked me to that exact mattress. When I told him what my old mattress set had been he then told me that the box springs could be reused for many years and there was no need to buy a new one. In other words he made no effort to sell me something I didn't need. Incredible! Once I sat on it, I realized it was too high for my 80 year old body to climb onto and I ended up choosing the lower box springs, but it was MY choice. Bob sure knows his stuff and if more than happy to make you happy. I have seldom had a better buying experience. read more

Chris Miller is absolutely awesome! My wife and I purchased a new mattress from Chris last week and were so impressed with his product knowledge and outstanding customer service. He was very friendly and patient as he clearly explained the different options and features of the mattresses we were shown. Chris was helpful and personable, but not pushy, and he made our buying experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. It was truly a pleasure doing business with him, and with Sit 'n Sleep. Chris had our new Latex mattress delivered the following day - on a Sunday - and his friendly delivery guys actually delivered it earlier than we were promised. Thanks to Chris' helpfulness and expertise, we both have enjoyed a great nights' sleep each night since we have had our new mattress. Great job, Chris! read more

Not only are we estatic about our new mattress, but the store manager, Chris Miller, was probably the nicest person you can meet.
