It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. Their final response was " she is rarely available during the times I requested" ... I mean for the first 18 months she was available , and now she was not.... After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee". I was a little nervous since this was my first time leaving my baby for such a long time. Thank goodness we found Happy Paws! Angela, the owner, was amazing. She came over a few days in advance to meet the pup and do a client intake - show us how everything works. They have a wonderful and convenient system set up and have thought of everything right from house keys to online payments. The process, rates and details were all very transparent and it made me feel much more at ease about leaving the little guy in someone else's care. After the visit, you receive notes from the sitter as to how it all went. On Sunday evening, we returned to a very happy puppy who thoroughly enjoyed his outing and visit. I'm so happy with how it all went and looking forward to having them pet sit for me in the future. It's also nice that they offer a Happy Paws Club with a discounted rate per visit for a minimum of three visits per week. It's something I never thought about, but now can consider given how well Nobu was taken care of. Their philosophy and attitude really reflects the importance they put on the pet's well-being, comfort and happiness.
