It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

They are currently temporarily closed during the pandemic, but I wanted to stop to write a review of them. We have 3 small dogs. When we go on vacation, we rent a "run" so the 3 can stay together and have plenty of room to run around. They also offer smaller pens and you can get "playtime" and "walks" etc. We've been using them for years and our dogs have NEVER come home sick or sad. They always come home happy and healthy, which is huge with a kennel. We went through a period last year, where I literally had to board them every weekend for 2 months due to a family situation on the west coast, and they came back to me happy as clams every week. Their prices are also SUPER reasonable. The owner is very accessible and friendly. On the grooming side, Nicole does a great job! I've had them groomed several times, while staying there. She does a good job interacting with the dogs and they come out looking adorable and smelling great. My dogs are a bit nervous of new people, but they took to her immediately. She's a sweet person and a great groomer with very fair pricing. I highly recommend both the boarding and the grooming.

If you so choose to stick with the story you claim, then you've made us feel satisfied that we did not leave our dog with you. We were very pleased with Sarah and felt our girl was safe and loved. We received pictures multiple times daily with updates. Before Delilah was allowed to stay, I met with Sarah and her husband to make sure she was not aggressive. Delilah has not been around other dogs much (besides our other dog), but by the 2nd day, she had multiple friends and was playing with them. She is clearly a devoted and sincere pet lover, who provides lots of exercise, playtime, and quiet time for the pets left in her care, in a loving, caring, and well-organized atmosphere. Pictures tell the story.... and we do appreciate when Jackie sends us pictures of how our Labrador, Casey, is doing when we're away....whether he's playing with other dogs, running in the park, or snoozing after dinner on his bed. Casey has been cared for by Jackie for the last 2 years, and he "says" it best. When we drop him off for a short or longer stay, his tail begins wagging before the front door opens......and he DOESN'T LOOK BACK as Jackie welcomes him in and he runs to the basket of toys set near the door......knowing that a trip to the dog park is always on the agenda, too. Dissed by our own dog! Finally, this winter we had a family emergency that required that we find care for Casey on very short notice....within an hour. Jackie offered and then made arrangements and changes to her weekend schedule to be able to take Casey on immediately....for the weekend. While we have had great experiences with Camp Bow Wow in the past, we were extremely disappointed…read morewhen our loving 2.5 year old Berner was asked not to return. Evidently, he had nipped counselors twice, which was enough to have him removed. I gave the staff recommendations for how to handle his requests for attention (even the staff noted that his nips were "not out of aggression"), but it seems they were unable to work productively with our dog. He has been through the PetSmart training programs through Advanced training and has taken the Therapy Dog training twice (passed all classes). He is a large breed dog and young, which can lead to unfortunate outcomes if one is not aware how to respond. The staff are lovely and kind, but this hard and fast rule made us need to relocate our guy to another daycare that has a greater ability to handle his unique personality. If you have a large breed dog that's mouthy or nippy, just be aware of this policy.
