Liked the professional look of office. But the price is a little more than average from most veterinary offices.

Vet seemed okay, but one of the girls at the front desk is VERY rude. In three previous visits she's has had a smart unfriendly attitude.

Even though she didn't know me, she took time out of her day off to come help us, and I will never forget that kindness. I truly feel like the universe placed Dr. Beth in our path to remind me that every life deserves a gentle, dignified goodbye. Even in my moments of guilt--wondering what more I could have done--I'm reminded that what I gave Peanut was love, compassion, and tenderness, and that matters deeply. That kind of care can exist even in the darkest moments. - this thought process is supported by the resources Dr. Beth left me! She had either large cell lymphoma or carcinoma (was inconclusive) but either way it was really bad at the end. Dr. Beth has the knowledge to help you understand what is happening, the compassion to guide you through it, and the kindness to come out to our place at some inconvenience to herself (last minute, outside regular hours, etc). I loved that she gave us special family time with our girl as we went through the steps of the at home euthanasia. I loved that she said some words of gratitude for her as she passed, almost like a mini memorial service. It was painful, it is painful, but I don't think I could have asked for a better person to lead us through an extremely difficult decision. I see sad photos of animals here. I choose to remember my kitty when she was at her happiest, and that's the photo I'm sharing here.

She explained everything our eight year-old dog would experience as she prepared him and us for euthanasia. She answered all of our questions and sure that we were comfortable and our pet was comfortable throughout the experience. We did not realize that this service was available until our puppy's oncologist recommended, "Laps of Love". Having this done in your own home, and our case, our backyard, where he played, was the perfect choice. The thought of saying goodbye to our dear little boy and a vet office. Did it make sense once we learned about, "Laps of Love". Dr. Adriana was lovely and we could tell that she sincerely cared about our pet and made a very hard event for our family very relaxed and as positive as we had as much time as we needed with our Suni before and after his death. Our dog could not have been in better hands. This type of service is badly needed one. Our oncologist recommended them to us.He told us that he had used their services for,his own dog and was very pleased. That's pretty high praise coming from someone who has to euthanize pits regularly and in a clinical setting . As soon as we learned that this was available, we knew it was the only option for us. Our dog was sick for a number of months and we imagined the end to be inside a sterile office. Being able to take our time in our backyard where he played so happily for eight years, brought us a great deal of comfort through a very hard thing. Do not hesitate to use them. Every pet owner should be athat this option is available.

What a scam! The intake was great. It was super friendly…read more The intake person wrote down exactly what I wanted done, which was. "Under no circumstances should my dog be shaved." The ONLY thing I wanted done was a bathe, a sanitary clip, and her nails and ears done. That's it! The intake person told me it would take 3 hours. Great. I was surprised when I got a call 1.5 hours later to come pick my dog up. They requested payment immediately, but somehow forgot to quote me a price. I paid, because it seemed like it would be easier and my wife and her family had been going to this place for years. Anyway, I only briefly noticed my dog's appearance initially, because I was in a hurry to another appointment. When I got to the other appointment and actually looked at my dog, I was flabbergasted. I can't believe I just paid $125 dollars for a complete shave of my dog! I could have done that at home! I would have done that at home. I wanted her nicely groomed, not shaved. I called my wife. She called the groomer. Then...well...the groomer lied. There was some completely fabricated conversation story about how they called me in the middle of grooming to tell me there would be an extra charge for extra time and I flatly refused. THIS NEVER HAPPENED...so...I called. The manager told me that the groomer's story changed to a conversation that happened during the intake. She supposedly told me then that if the hair length was going to be kept, it would be an extra $15 and extra time and I flatly refused, so they went ahead and shaved the dog. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! An extra $15 to groom my dog the way my wife specifically asked would have been no problem! But no. What really happened was a greedy little groomer wanted to fit and extra dog into the schedule and cut the appointment short by screwing up my dog's very nice coat (at least this is my guess, as I cannot for the life of me figure out how everything got this screwed up). Anyway, instead of giving me a refund, they offered me 25% off the next grooming session that I will never use! I just paid $125 dollars for complete incompetence and to be lied to and about! Worse, I automatically tipped the lying groomer! I understand mistakes. It happens. I would have been completely OK if there was an apology about notes getting messed up, or the instructions getting confused with another dog's. I wouldn't be happy, but I would understand, somewhat. Instead a complete lie was fabricated to justify laziness and incompetence. I absolutely HATE being lied to and about. I can only hope that anyone reading this takes my review to heart.
