It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

Recently their customer service has reached bottom…read more Today, they stopped my service, removed me from their pet portal, charged me and closed out my account with them. I had ask that they only provide me with one one of their walkers that I had for the first 18 months, at least twice a week if possible. Their final response was " she is rarely available during the times I requested" ... I mean for the first 18 months she was available , and now she was not.... After numerous attempts to remedy this, they decided (Customer Service Agent Becca) to cut me and my dogs loose. I contacted them to give them "NOTICE"; that I would be looking for another service. I am a senior citizen wtih Dystolic Heart Failure. What a way to treat a senior citizen.. Terrible service... And the owner, did nothing, even though on her web page she states "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will correct it right away and offer a money-back guarantee". But the dog and cat staff caretakers are excellent Sad, but I do no recommend this service providers. Like Share

I highly recommend Sit Doggie because she is trustworthy and has a strong love for all animals. Cheryl grew up on a farm and had many animals as her pets, including a horse, dog, cats, bunnies and other animals. She has raised her girls to love all animals also. Our dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge last week and Cheryl was at our door with a beautiful bouque of flowers and a card, can't get much better than that! When she watched our dog while we were on vacation, she would send us pics of her and a quick note saying that our dog was doing great. Our daughter also uses Sit Doggie to watch their two dogs and they just love Cheryl. Thank you Cheryl for all the loving care you gave to Princess and Coconut for all those years. We were truly blessed to have you take care of our fur babies.

Kristy, (owner/operator), was wonderfully responsive and helpful in setting up our pet sitting experience. We traveled for 10 days and never once worried about our 2 (fur babies) cats, Jack and Sally. Joleen, who cared for them daily, sent regular texts with photos and updates. She was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our cats' comfort, (and ours!). She was funny and quick to respond, just like a close family member! We knew Joleen took great care of them when we returned to find them, (and our home!) just as content as we had left them. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Beyond Barks.
