We don't board our dogs often so I wanted to make sure they would be as comfy as possible. When we arrived the office staff was friendly and gentle with our pets, even our nervous girl who takes a few minutes to warm up to folks. After our four day trip the pups were tired but in good health, albeit a little smelly lol. They did not get kennel cough which I was very excited about! And I felt the pricing was reasonable for the care they received while there. We will certainly use Deer Park again when we travel and aren't able to take our babies along.

The Extra Mile and Antje are spectacular!! I don't know where to begin, and I actually tear up because I feel so awed by her!! This is also documented by (third) the incredible photos I receive of my dog in Antje's care. I do not have a pet that professionally models, but with Antje it sure seems like I do! Check out her Instagram! She can handle straightforward as well as complex cases. she meticulously documents. Reading what my dog did on a walk is like reading a playing novel! She knows what she is doing, has extensive experience and energy, and one of the greatest senses of humor around! Oh! and she's a veteran! When I say that no one compares, I truly mean book her services now! I'm so lucky that I did! Warning: your pet will love her more than you soon ;)

The owner came over to meet our pup before we started services for him and after each visit she leaves detailed notes about how his walks were. It is very nice to come home every night from work and see how he did throughout the day, especially when we he was so little and just getting accustomed to crate training and house training. Additionally, we left our pup over night with the Pet Stop one time thus far. They were awesome! He had a big fenced in yard to run and play in and the owners dogs provided great socialization and playtime for our pup. He was happy to see me when I picked him up, but you could really tell he made himself right at home. This made me feel so much better than boarding him in a crate overnight. Recently our little guy got into a bottle of Advil at home which required monitoring of him afterwards to watch for any overdose symptoms. Of course, we called Pet Stop to help us with this. The owner kept him at her house during the day so he was under constant supervision and was very attentive in letting me know how he was feeling. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Our pup loves both the owner and the walker that comes to the house, I've been home on occassion when they have arrived and he is always absolutely ecstatic to see them, so I know they treat him well when I am away. The owner is also very flexible. We have work schedules that can sometimes change erratically and she has always been very accommodating to us. The prices are extremely reasonable as well for the upstanding service that you receive. I would totally recommend this company a million times over!
