Did a hike at Punderson State Park and decided to give Sirna's a try since it was Pizza Week. Located near the Routes 44 and 422 Sirna's Pizza is a free standing building on Washington Street. Inside is a order counter, display coolers and a socially distanced dining room. Pizza Week offerings were a variety of 10" pizzas, I choose the White Garden; a white pizza with veggies. Although the wait was a little long for the pizza, it was well worth it since the pie was excellent. The crust is thin, but sturdy enough to support the toppings, flavorful and chewy. The white sauce was perfectly garlicky, just enough flavor to set off the other ingredients without being overpowering. The cheese was nicely balanced and the veggies were fresh and crispy. The pizza comes together well and was the perfect size for a single meal. Sirna's makes a really good pizza, this is a fine example of a thin crust pizza. If you are East of Chagrin Falls; visiting La Duc Reservoir or otherwise in the area well worth a visit.

Slow when we arrived. Getting much busier past 6pm. Got loud once it filled up. Still can hear your table's conversation. Servers were appropriately attentive. Pastas are made fresh here. No bread served with dinner. That was odd. We had ordered cheesy bread. No pic. We were hungry. Great sauce with it. Same red sauce on the chicken parm. Red sauce is sweet and chunky. Very clean place. Two single person restrooms - love that they are unisex. Food was good. Will return to try something else.

    May special salad. SFG!

Sirna's is excellent! What a difference farm fresh makes in the ingredients. Even their wings are local and the options for sauces and rubs are locally made as well. Homemade pasta daily. The prices are reasonable and worth our 30 minute drive for the awesome food.. We always order the veal Marsala with homemade cavetelli . So good. While you're there pickup a dozen of farm eggs they are incredible! As well as their homemade pickles. Highly recommend!

Vegan & Gluten-free pizza, cauliflower crust, pesto sauce (only sauce with no oil), fresh mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes. The pizza was delicious, but not hot enough. I ordered my pizza a day in advance for 3pm pickup. Then I called back at noon and asked to change my time to 3:30pm. I was disappointed that my pizza was not hot, even though I used an insulated bag. If I try this place again, I will order my pizza right before I am ready to pick it up, hoping I will get a hot pizza. Everything else about the pizza I loved.

Highlights: the carbonara was absolutely delicious!!! Creamy but not heavy. The peas were sweet and well seasoned. It gave me the impression the chef seasoned throughout cooking not just at the end. The chicken and waffles was also a win. Waffles were bouncy and soft, the homemade whipped cream was addicting. Chicken was crispy and moist. The spritz flight I was not a fan of. Reading the menu it made sense why it tasted more like a mimosa flight but I was expecting mint in the Hugo spritz and a things a little more elevated. At the same time it was such a good price so simple made sense but a tad too sweet for me. Next time I would rather order the spritz individually and see if it's any different. When I asked for something that was above our servers pay grade the manager quickly and kindly handled it with a smile. So I would definitely say the service was very good. But ... unfortunately we always end up at the same sticking point -- The food. I have never been impressed by the overall menu. The selection is limited and not very imaginative. Very limited meat and fish options. And the pasta is lacking... both in selection and quality. I ordered the "Carbonara" last night. And just like the "Cacio e Pepe" I had during my previous visit, it was lukewarm and stuck together like glue. To say the flavor was lacking would be kind. So, after several attempts, I think we're done. Which is extremely sad. With all they have going for them they could be fabulous, but alas they are not.

The space is dark and cozy and you'll forget all about the CVS outside by the time you sit down. The menu offers a nice variety of small plates, salads, sandwiches, entrees and pizzas. There are also cocktails, wine and a small but sufficient selection of beers on tap. The prices feel a couple dollars higher than you'd want them to be ($18 for a smash burger or a 12-inch pizza) but are comparable with similar restaurants in the area. My parents and I split the Medjool dates starter, Crunchy Greens salad and a mushroom pizza and all were very good and enough for all of us to enjoy (sorry, forgot to take pics). We drove this way after cross country skiing at Punderson State Park, and I can imagine us going back after our next outing there. Do recommend if you're in the area.

Our mains we got the short rib pasta ( gluten free ) and crispy chicken limone, both something my husband and I don't normally get when we go to Italian restaurants. I feel that the short rib pasta might be better with a red sauce as it was slightly bland. My entree though was delicious. I am so glad I tried something different. We also had the tiramisu for dessert. Over all good time, thank you so much for a great experience.

Getting a reservation was easy and convenient. I don't know why but the menu has just never excited me. It is a reasonably varied menu with a decent selection, but it's just lacking any creativity. Our server, Maia, was a very pleasant young woman who did an excellent job all evening. She was very effective and efficient. The wine list did include a good selection of excellent Italian wines by the glass. I enjoyed a very nice Amarone. I started with the "Fried Olives" which were tasty but just looked like a plate of marbles. My brother ordered the "Eggplant Meatballs" which I must say were excellent. They were tender and flavorful served in a marvelous marinara sauce... I might go so far as to say they were the highlight of the meal. I ordered the "Lamb Rigatoni" as my entree. It was good, with plenty of tender shredded lamb, but I couldn't help but wish it was covered by the marinara that was on the meatballs. My wife had the "Grilled Bronzini" which she said was very good. But somehow I was reading on her face, "it was just fish". We finished with a good cup of coffee and a scoop of very good ice cream. I can't really point to any specific disappointment. I was just underwhelmed. I wasn't motivated enough to take any pictures... sorry. I think you should give them a try and voice your opinion.

I finally came here with some friends for the first time. We made reservations on a Monday because it's half price wine. Which is a pretty good deal. They have a nice wine list. I looked over the menu here on Yelp first so I kinda knew the options. Pasta is one of the most economical options. I do know they make their own. Which means cost is probably higher. But over $20 a plate for pasta is kinda crazy to me. All prices are over $20 a plate. Including pizza's. So this is not a casual dinner night in my mind. It is a 1x or 2x a year place. Because you know your bill is going to be high. We got the cheese sticks. They were good. Again looked homemade. The sticks were good. I got the eggplant, and someone got the cavatelli and meatballs, pasta pomodoro with meatballs and another eggplant. The eggplant comes With pasta side. Salad is extra. We did not get. They were pretty crowded for a Monday and it took a bit for our food. But we weren't in a huge hurry. So that is fine. It came out hot and was pretty good. Lots of cheese. Sauce is kinda bland if I am being honest. Very tomato forward with not a lot of other flavor except garlic. Oh this place loves garlic. The bread and the dipping sauce at the table are loaded with it. I am not a big garlic person so I did not touch it. But if you think Italian food should have a ton of garlic then this is for you. Work on your other flavor profiles as well in your sauce not just garlic. Server was very friendly and attentive. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. The place is small but fits people well. Decorated for Christmas nicely. Overall I guess it was just OK. Nothing blew me away. It was good. Not great. For the price I want great. Money is tight and a fancy Italian dinner at $70+ bucks a couple should be great. Maybe I am antiquated in my thoughts but that's a lot of money for pasta so it should be great. Probably not a repeat for me. Again. I know this is popular with rave reviews. For me just ok. I can spend $70+ bucks and get an outstanding meal worth that price. Just OK.
