Sir Galloway's did a lot to fix any problems that came up. Any dry cleaner you go to is going to have a few hiccups--but the customer service at Sir Galloway went above and beyond to make sure everything was always made right. They also offer pick-up and delivery service at a number of locations, which is incredibly convenient. Their customer service reps always pick up the phone or return my calls/texts/emails promptly and professionally. I once had a shirt with a missing button that went unrepaired one or two times at the shop. Sir Galloway gave me several very generous coupons to make me whole and (of course) did not charge me to fix that button. The coupons were enough to pay my dry cleaning bill for a few weeks. Like I said: great customer service with a real eye towards making sure the customer is happy. My condo once missplaced my clothes and thus Sir Galloway was not able to pick them up. I wasn't notified until the delivery date came and I had no shirts waiting for me. This was a huge problem as I had a meeting for work the next day and no dress shirts. Obviously, this wasn't Sir Galloway's fault--it was my condo's fault. But I called Sir Galloway and they immediately put in a rush order, sped by to pick up my shirts, and made sure I had enough for the week. They did this for no charge. I usually wouldn't waste my time writing a review for a dry cleaning service as I have never really had a strong opinion for or against one. Sir Galloway changed that. I live in Brickell and work from home, Brickell is not an known for its convenient parking so I found it easier to walk with hangers a few blocks then fight for parking to pick my clothes up. That is until Sir Galloway was introduced to me. Sir Galloway come to me, picks my cloths off then drops them back off a few days later.. This convenience alone would have made me a customer for life. But Sir Galloway takes it one step further, after I received my first set of clothes back Andrew called me up and went into detail about how my experience was. He asked me if the clothes were facing the right way on the hanger, if I liked the clips and stuffing they used to keep everything looking good. They literally went the extra mile to not only pick my stuff up but insure it is EXACTLY how I want it returned. Putting the service aside the cleaning its self is excellent. I had a shirt I was ready to throw out cause 2 other cleaners failed to get a drunken mystery stain out. I brought it to sir Galloway and they were able to save the shirt. In addition they clean shoes and will do minor repairs. I never realized how bad other cleaners were until I used Sir Galloway. They have truly set the bar very high! read more

I recently was in a bit of bind needed to have to a pair of pants cleaned and pressed in a very short period of time. Upon explaining my predicament to the kind lady, whose name I unfortunately have forgotten, at Sir Galloway she assured me she could have my pants ready for me by the day had requested despite it being incredibly short notice. They day came for me to pick up my pants and I was pleased with the result, however what happened two weeks later was simply an unparalleled example of customer service. I received a phone call from an employee at Sir Galloway thanking me for my business, and inquiring if everything had met my expectations. I was simply amazed. I was recommended to Sir Galloway by a friend and completely love the way my business shirts are cleaned. My previous dry cleaner would return my shirts with the collars messed up and with lines from improperly ironing the shirt, worse yet I could almost count on broken or missing buttons. I know that no matter how wrinkled the shirt is, Sir Galloway will return them perfectly pressed and ready to wear. I also really like the free pickup and delivery service since I do not have to waste time on drop off/pickup and they deliver to my office. For the past five years, Sr Galloway has "been spotless." Not only were my dry cleaning needs exceptionally met, the staff was very professional and incredibly helpful. These guys are great. I've used them for all my dry cleaning and alterations. They have worked on my casual clothing as well as my formal clothing. The service is top notch here. Their account executive, Andrew Areces is always there to answer your questions and remembers who his clients are (which is hard to find nowadays). If you are requesting alterations, their tailors are very good at communicating with you and being honest on what is possible and what the risks/impacts might be on the garment. SAVED MY FAVORITE DRESS! The Sir Galloway team is amazing, I have used them for quite some time for everyday dry cleaning and their service has always been TOPS! But recently I had a little too much fun at a charity event and spilled wine on my favorite designer cream dress. The Sir Galloway team told me that they would send it to be fabric tested (in house) and would let me know if they would be able to get the stain out. Just 2 days later I received a call telling me that they would be able to fix it and they sure did! My dress was returned to me in perfect condition, never knew it was soiled. Best dry cleaners in Miami! Every time I go I am greeted with impeccable customer service and my clothes are returned in excellent condition. Recently, I dropped off two articles of clothing (a white shirt and a silk long dress) that I thought were beyond repair. The shirt was dyed pink (after I made a laundry mistake) and the silk dress had several drink spills on it. Overall Sir Galloway is a great high-end dry cleaner and my go-to place whenever I'm in Miami for work. I did take off one star for price, because they're definitely more of a premium type of place, but if you're looking for an upscale dry cleaner I would definitely suggest you check them out. Sir Galloway is not your typical dry cleaner, they go way beyond being a dry cleaner It's more like having your own concierge service. If your missing a button, they replace it, If you need alterations they make it happen, you have your favorite dress that you think is ruined due to dye bleed, they will save it. Great Service. This place really goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my dry cleaning and laundry. My time is important to me and their laundry service has really helped me out when I don't want to spend my Sunday's doing loads and folding laundry and is actually affordable.
