The guy with colored longer hair was extremely snotty and asked why I didn't use their walk up window, he ended up taking my order but I asked politely if I could throw an empty water bottle in the trash can that was outside and he responded very rudely that "I'm not allowed to do that because he would have to dig it out with his hands" which I found weird.... He could've politely said that they were not allowed to take outside garbage instead of reacting like that. Also I ordered a 24oz drink and they made it for 16 oz so not a great experience

While occasional poor service can be excused as a bad day, there has been one barista, I believe her name is Amidie, whose behavior has been consistently unwelcoming and at times outright rude. On more than one occasion, I have even overheard her speaking poorly about customers waiting in line. It's truly disappointing when one employee's attitude diminishes what would otherwise be a great experience. Sadly, we'll be looking elsewhere for our coffee moving forward.

I treat myself to Swigg on the way to class at CBC & it's always worth the quick detour off the highway. Very glad that Swigg exists. For a long time, I felt like the only convenient locations for coffee on my route to school were commercially-owned & basic. Swigg provides an opportunity for me to be able to support local AND get a better coffee--all in one stop. I am so excited for them to open up a second location out in West Richland! Looking forward to it. If you haven't had a chance to try them out, I highly recommended! P.S. One of my favorite espresso drinks to order here is a Cortado. Even though they don't have this item listed on the menu, they are always willing to go out of their way to make one for me. That being said, you can have complete confidence that the crew at Swigg will be able to modify drink order requests with perfect execution (this is not a universal characteristic that all coffee shops share-they're just awesome).
