Walked to this Dutch bros today as it was my only way to get there, their walk up window was covered by coffee equipment so I walked around to the drive through to ask one of the workers to take my order since I assumed they don't use the walk up window. The guy with colored longer hair was extremely snotty and asked why I didn't use their walk up window, he ended up taking my order but I asked politely if I could throw an empty water bottle in the trash can that was outside and he responded very rudely that "I'm not allowed to do that because he would have to dig it out with his hands" which I found weird.... He could've politely said that they were not allowed to take outside garbage instead of reacting like that. Also I ordered a 24oz drink and they made it for 16 oz so not a great experience read more

I decided to go to the front window at Dutch Bros and then we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even asked us anything and then after about 20 cars went through the drive-through and got their drinks way before anyone came up to us. This is just disrespectful. not only that they also treated us like we weren't even there and then we finally got our order and then it took another 20 minutes to get our by then about 50 cars went through the line before we even got our order. This is just wrong. Dutch Bros needs to do better. read more

Has 2 drive throughs yet constantly only has one open making the already long lines even longer. Takes a solid 10 minutes to get your drink from the time you order it and majority of the time if you get a blended freeze it'll be melted by the time you get to the window and get it. They are really slow here which sucks cause they are the only Dutch bros on this side of the river. read more

Popped my Dutch Bros Coffee cherry at this location! I LOVED how they have different types of milk! They have soy, almond, and coconut milk! I had the kicker, annihilator, Americano and their Bob Marley (secret menu item) coffee drinks. I decided to order the drinks in large size to share and wanted to know what others thought of the drinks. The Bob Marley drink stood out the most for me because there's banana in the drink. The others taste like normal coffee that I've already had, nothing special and nothing to rave about. The large size is basically in a huge 32oz cup with FOUR shots of espresso. I don't know about you, but the so-called four shots are basically nonexistent to me! I couldn't feel the effects of the caffeine and that's super disappointing! I'm from the Bay Area and I'll stick to Peets, Philz or Starbucks for some real caffeine! Regardless, the baristas are all really nice and I think the walk-to counter is actually faster than their drive thru. read more

Love coming here for my morning java. The first time I tried DB was years ago in Spokane, Wa. I fell in love with it. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. It just takes forever to get your coffee because the line are so long, but they have an employee outside taking your orders on a tablet. But in my defense, Seattle doesn't have Dutch Brother's Coffee. Since trying out DBC, I am a converter! I LOVE their roast and the creaminess of their soy or coconut lattes. It's quite difficult to make soy lattes taste scrumptious but they can. I've tried Roasters in the TC but it tastes burnt to me. Oh, and the staff, AMAZING! They're usually young and very happy and friendly. They'll engage you in light chit-chat while waiting for your drink. And if there's a huge line, someone will come out and take your order at your car. So by the time you get to the window, you're paying and out of there quickly. Love this DBC! read more

I love Dutch Bros. I hadn't really had any of their drinks prior to moving to Pasco, WA. Their staff are almost always pleasant, personable, and energetic, which makes the usually-short wait feel like nothing. The staff at this particular DB stand are always great to me and my girlfriend. Their drinks are fantastic, though sometimes I think they overcharge a bit for their energy drink mixes. If those were a little cheaper I'd be pulling through DB several times per week instead of here-and-there. read more

They were friendly (like always) and they asked me what I was doing today and I notified them I was headed to the hospital for my fathers surgery and they were extraordinarily kind. By far the nicest staff around! I stop here almost daily on my lunch break because of how well Im treated and because they have white coffee for no extra charge! I get a white coffee americano with a splash of vanilla and skim milk, and a white anniator when I feel rich lol. No matter how bad my day is, I always feel better after visiting them. I generally go to the Clearwater location in Kennewick, but I've been to the Pasco one twice in the last month when I'm in the area. Both times, the staff were super chatty with each other, and had to ask us for our order multiple times because they kept forgetting. They were relatively quick overall, and the coffee tasted like any other Dutch Bros, but the customer service detracted from the overall experience. read more

My sister moved out to this area about 8 months ago and when I've come to visit her we always get coffee here. The staff is so friendly and the service is great. The coffee is SO good and worth it even if there is somewhat of a long line. Last time I went there, one of the staff came out and started taking people's orders to help move things along.
