Line for this location is always bonkers. But I will say i appreciate not having a single exit line. We can exit the line if we get our drink early. Other coffee locations your stuck in line with only 1 exit. Staff is always friendly and welcoming . No awkwardness when striking up a casual conversation.. I've had a horrible experience today around 7pm with a rude female employee with curly hair, who not only ignored us but also walked alway while we were talking. Since she knew the guy behind, then comes back to say we cut I'm not taking your order and walked away back to him. I had my order taken at the window because she "thought" we cut as far as I'm concerned we turned in before thats why we were first. Super disappointed in this service. read more

We love visiting this location when we are in town. Most recent visit was during a 100 degree day. The staff was friendly and happily answered our questions about menu items. Service is quick. The drinks were exactly what we wanted and very yummy. read more

Taste your drinks BEFORE driving away! Adorable teen girls work this location but all their cuteness can't make up for incorrect orders. Hubby ordered 4 shots of espresso which translated into an Americano with ice. My nonfat latte became a luke warm vanilla latte with cinnamon. WTF? We repeated our orders by screaming over the rap music. They were remade somewhat correctly but both drinks were barely warm. At this point, we just wanted to get back on the road. I'm sure we were waaaay overcharged at $9.81 for these drinks. This is a good place if you want to flirt with pretty girls. It is not a good place for good coffee. read more

I tried to be patient with the whole covid, life has changed for many. However, I'm getting more and more disappointed. First, they dont have the dome lids. Second, they dont take cash. Third, I bought a $100 gift card, but then they closed due to a covid outbreak, so I had to use extra money out of my budget to purchase elsewhere, or go additional miles. Fourth, had a $5 gift card, (which its $5.40 for my drink) they cant run cards for less than $1 so I had to split the card. Fifth, I ask for extra whip (some of whip) with lid on the side. First time here, got an iced chai tea latte and it was pretty good. Every staff member was super friendly and it was nice being able to get treated well during these hard times. The only unfortunate thing is that they couldn't take my $5 cash tip. read more

I was having a really hard day. I am a special ed teacher and they asked how I was. I just said I'd had a rough day but maybe this coffee will help turn it around. I got up to the stand and he wouldn't let me pay. He said it was complimentary. This young man must have paid for it for me. I don't know if it was my tone or expression, but he sensed my tiredness. I had been bit, kicked, spit at and had one student regress in an area he had been making progress. Isn't it funny that the simply kindness of someone saying kind words and buying me a coffee made such a huge impact on me. Being a special ed teacher can be very isolating. I went to this location every day for about three months, and no one bothered to remember my name or what I drink. Very different from other DB locations I've been to. The upside is that they were always friendly and great to work with. Don't bother coming here! I waited 45 min. For my coffee and then it was wrong! I wanted two blended coffees and they gave me one of them iced. The guy then charged me $2 for them to fix the wrong one and to make the 2nd one blended. read more

The situation has not changed. Great hospitality wonderful staff. Still has one driver and a large walk-up window. That will not change. Between 10 and 1 very very busy with a 10 to 15 minute wait in a drive-thru. Leisure time customers enjoy great coffee commuters have to pass it by. read more
