House Einspanner
Vince N.

Sip & Go is a small cafe located in a large plaza in Brea. They specialize in breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and a nice assortment of drinks. Headed here for my morning pick-me-up and decided to order their house einspanner. $6.50, fair price for the portion. There isn't a lot of seating inside, meant to be more of a grab-n-go spot (hence the name...) but there is a customer restroom and enough of a place to sit for you to wait for drinks or take a bit of a break throughout your day. Service was friendly, even asking if I needed anything clarified on the menu or if I needed recommendations. The coffee is good, a bit on the sweeter side for me but I can definitely see the appeal!! The einspanner cream is tasty, light, and bodes well with the coffee to create a satisfying balance of flavors. Overall, I'd give Sip & Go an 8/10. I'd like to go back to try some of their other drinks and maybe a breakfast sandwich or two. Small businesses like this deserve a lot of love and support and I wish them all of the success!!

I recently tried sip & go when I was in the area. The shop is cute with some unique food and drink offerings. I tried the salted cardamom latte (iced) and it was delicious! The cardamom flavor was the right level.. Present but not overpowering! Others in the group also loved their drinks. The staff member who helped us was really sweet. I made a request to get "bride" written on one of the drinks as we were a bridal party getting ready for our friend's big day and she was happy to do it! The bride loved it too when I handed her the coffee!

This place has changed ownership and I have noticed it in their burrito and drinks. They now make housemade syrup on some drinks and use Monin for others. I ordered the pumpkin spiced latte half sweet, which was still a little sweet for my liking but was very good. The burrito is less tater tot-heavy, which I felt it used to be. The service is nice and the sweet girl who helped me had just started there a few days ago. The inside is quite small but there are a few tables and chairs to sit and wait for your order. Outside they have added some tables with umbrellas so there is some shade, unlike the past. I like the changes and can't wait to return to try another drink!

I stopped by Sip & Go and tried their Banana Matcha. The shop itself is on the smaller side with only a few seats inside, but they also have outdoor seating if you want to hang out. Their menu has a nice variety of drinks, including lattes, smoothies, lemonades, and different matcha options. I ordered the Banana Matcha. The banana flavor definitely stood out, but I wish the matcha came through a little more. It also could have used a bit more ice since it was a little warm when I got it. Even so, it was still a decent drink. The customer service was very good everyone was friendly and welcoming. I'd come back to try some of their other drinks.

SOSOSOSO yummy! I originally intended to eat lunch at Mother's Cafe next door, but their prepackaged foods lacked soul-a soul that this veggie burrito ABSOLUTELY delivered. The flavors were well balanced, the lone barista holding down the fort did a great job, and I am eager to soon return!

Strawberry matcha latte

This was our first time trying out this small cafe in Brea. I've never had a strawberry matcha latte before, so I ordered that drink. The latte comes with some strawberry syrup settled at the bottom. You can then mix the contents with a straw, but I felt like the flavors didn't really blend well. The drink still tasted refreshing, but I otherwise wouldn't consider this particular matcha variant as a preference. However, I particularly enjoyed the egg and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. We had gotten our drinks first, and the barista then prepared the sandwiches. It was nicely hot and cheesy with a great texture from the savory croissant. I'd definitely recommend trying out a sandwich from here for breakfast. The cafe interior doesn't have much seating, but there are outdoor tables and the adjacent Mother's Market as alternatives.

I ordered two banana matchas with oat milk snf they were delicious! I will definitely be back. The staff was friendly and helpful, one of the girls gave us a 10% off coupon. We got our matchas topped off with cocoa powder and it was so cute!. I only left 4 stars because the shop itself smelled a little weird, I think its the building itself that smells like that.

Iced Strawberry Matcha & mango matcha

What a great find! A bit hidden, but so glad we stopped by after my husband's tux appointment. Seating is very limited inside, but it really captures the name of the place because it's literally a grab n' go cafe. SUCH a delicious strawberry matcha and mango matcha!!!! Real puree used and not overly sweet. Well-balanced and did not overpower the matcha! If I had to choose, I preferred the strawberry matcha more (even though mango is my fav fruit ever). I've already recommended this place to my matcha-loving friends!! Definitely will be back whenever I'm in the area!

Breakfast Burrito

Review is solely based off the food items that I ordered. Customer service : 10/10 Breakfast burrito no meat, extra egg: 4/10 very bland and flavorless. Turkey egg&cheese croissant: 7/10 decent but nothing special lol

House Milk Tea

Ahhh sip & go got the CUTEST upgrade ever We ordered an Arnold Palmer and a Banana Matcha Latte! The matcha is made per order with a whisk flavor of banana cream in the latte was so goood!!! Once it was mixed in with the milk and matcha, the drink turned into a creamy latte which leveled up the drink. The heart shape with matcha powder was so cute too. Arnold Palmer is lemonade concentrate and unsweetened tea and was so refreshing on a hot day! There was an option to make it 100% sugar free but I'll try that next time. receive 10% off voucher for next visit too worker was so enthusiastic and sweet I absolutely love the new interior as well. I can def see myself going back to this place often!

I'm a fan of their breakfast burrito! I would request to have the tortilla slightly burnt, and extra crispy on the tater tots. This is such a good meal for the day! As always, the staff here is always pleasant to interact with, and you get your food quickly. Sip and Go always play good music, a very nice spot to dodge heat during the summer!

My go to spot when I need coffee last minute! My favorite is their lucky latte. I've also tried their blueberry matcha which is very good! Love the customer service too!

3/3/26 Sip & Go Brea, CA...I came here before giving someone a ride from Brea to LAX. I ordered a Lucky Latté and a Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. They both were so delicious! Alexis has great customer service! Simple and cute little Korean Café with a few indoor and outdoor seats. Very clean place. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area!!!

They also have wholesome foods such as breakfast sandwiches and burritos which-- if I didn't have dinner plans after my study session-- is always appreciated as too often the food at coffee shops are sugary pastries and a bunch of empty calories. Service was friendly and personable. Communitea shows its dedication to being a warm, welcoming third-space environment. There is a shelf filled with board games and a kids play area (if you have one of those). They have assorted merchandise like coffee beans, plants, mugs, chips & snacks, etc.. My friend ordered the Lavender Matcha and felt similarly, it was decent but nothing that particularly stood out. Service was a bit mixed. This is my 5-6th time here and Ive finally perfected my order!…read more Pros: To start off, today I got the Iced Vanilla Latte and it's my new go-to! It's incredibly delicious and perfect this us my second day in a row here. My friend usually gets a flavored Matcha which is great, but got a Peach barley tea and said it was refreshing. The service is good, they get the drinks out fast. The menu has unique specialty options aswell. There is a good amount of seating and it's a very welcoming shop. Cons: -The sizing is very small for the price. A plain vanilla latte is $6.40 which is a bit steep. However, I understand that most cafes are pretty pricey now a day. (With that being said this is one of the only places i'd spend my money on.) -I have tried some of their specialty lattes and they are extremely sweet(I would recommend getting less sweet if youre more of a espresso person) -Parking is pretty terrible apart from early mornings Overall: The pros overlook the cons for me and I love this coffee shop! Worth the drive and is definitely my top 3. I would definitely recommend this place.

The café has a bright, cozy, and minimalist atmosphere with warm wood tones and soft pink accents. The space is clean and well maintained. They also have a nice selection of pastries and breads, including different kinds of croissants and salt bread. I ordered The Usual, their cream-top latte. The cream was very thick and heavy, almost like whipped cream, so I think it may be a matter of personal preference. The coffee itself was decent, but I didn't find the flavor particularly unique or memorable. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I didn't find anything particularly special about the coffee itself.

Omg! I just moved to the North OC area, and I'm happy to say I've found one of my new go-to coffee…read moreshop study spots in the area! :) I'm currently studying for a big exam, and it's been surprisingly challenging finding coffee shops to study at with the beautiful, modern, aesthetic ambience that makes me happy, without feeling anxious there won't be enough seats or space when I get there, esp since I have to drive a decent amount to get to cafes. I've been getting a little stir crazy at home and finally making the trek here was so worth it-- I felt more motivated than ever to get work done with a tasty treat. I'm not sure if it's because CSUF just started this week, or because I came on a Friday morning, but it was really spacious and open with tons of outlets (almost at each table). Not sure how other days are, but I'd love to bring my study group friends here in the future, since it's so hard to find places with enough space for study groups! Not to mention the clean bathroom haha and good wifi haha The staff here is also incredibly sweet and friendly, making it a comfortable and good experience. Because it was my first time, I asked the barista about her recommendation, and she also asked my general preferences to cater to my taste, and I ended up with a seasonal Birthday Cake Americano at half sweetness (since I don't have much of a sweet tooth). It was perfect for me! I don't usually get Americanos and have a sensitive stomach rn, but it was delicious and kind on my stomach lol. I also got a ham and cheese croissant, and maybe it could've been heated up a little more, but I did wait a bit to eat it, so it was no big deal. The other barista was also so sweet in answering my many questions haha The only struggle as others have mentioned is the parking - I ended up parking at the retail parking nearby, which had plenty of spots but can get pretty pricey, and it sounds like you can park in the areas others have mentioned still (like The Hub I guess has "New Here" parking spots or the employee parking spots?), so I'll need to look more next time. But there's quite a bit around the area within walking distance, you can easily make a day out of it too. Also since it is at the first floor of an apartment in a college town, there will be students going in and out, so just be prepared for that haha -- reminded me of dorm days, and I'm glad students have a spot like this :) Overall, the yummy coffee, amazing vibe and beautiful ambiance, especially as a study spot, alongside the kind and comfortable service has been just what I've been looking for in a coffee shop around here, and I'm excited to return! Thank you New Here!

Vanilla Thesis is the best better than probably all the rest…read moreThe coffee is so tasty Not nasty or pasty Their cheese and ham croissant is also bomb better than being made by mom One thing to note about this place, the parking sucks. But fear not, you can go into the structure, park in one of the "employee only" spots, and just tell them which spot and you're golden (wish I knew that before I came and parked across the street). Also, another reason why this place is great is that it's not full at all. Might be because of the parking situation, but the place is near empty which makes it have a nice luxury vibe. Their Vanilla Thesis drink at 50% sweet is soooo good. It's a great blend of coffee and tastes great. You can totally taste the vanilla. Their ham and cheese croissant is also great.
