    Ordered the Bun veggie bowl.

The flavor and amount of food is superb and the price is great. They are so friendly and very welcoming. Great atmosphere and location although it can be difficult to find parking.

As a Singh's loyalist who has eaten there at least once a month for the last 5+ years, I was very excited and curious about the cantina. If you're expecting the same menu, sorry. There are some similar items but I guarantee you will find something delicious. I love the crispy shrimp from the original menu but I was happy to try some new items like the brisket rice. I miss the wings and ribs but the chips and queso was delicious. Service was impeccable as always, so friendly and helpful. The location is spacious with plenty of parking. All tables and benches have umbrellas and there are several oscillating fans above the bar table so there's a breeze and shade everywhere. Sure you may feel the heat but get you a cold drink, catch a vibe and relax. We were not disappointed and we will be back.

Size and portions of Brisket Banh Mi can improve to adult size for the $12 menu price. I would rather drive to St. Mary's location for portion size and fried food

I was really excited for this new location of Singhs to open! I love their original location on N. St. Mary's but this is closer to me. The menu is not as extensive here, but they still have Banh Mi sandwich which is what I usually get. Pointers: -Lots of parking available -No indoor seating -Some shade and a fan -Nice volume-friendly music -Super friendly service -12% fee on order (they called it a dine-in surcharge or something like that but I think it's more of a fair wage / baked in tip kinda thing?) Vegetarians: I enjoyed the vegetable bahn mi which had cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, cucumber, (daikon? Not totally sure but it was tasty!) I miss the tofu but so happy they had something vegetarian. Congratulations to them, overall great experience with a really nice vibe.

After telling the waiter my day was going good he noticed me fighting for my life, head down on the table, and made a point to ask if I was okay again to which I admitted having a massive headache. He brought extra water and suggested soda to relieve the headache and later brought small lollipops. After my tea, pho, and candy, I felt a lot better. Not the first time I received above and beyond customer service experience here and certainly won't be the last. Thank you Peter!

Looking for a…read morelunch spot one afternoon, I decided to stop back and try something different from the menu. I arrived around 2 PM, and the restaurant was mostly empty. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, although attentiveness tapered off once the meal was served. It seemed like the staff had shifted their focus toward preparing for the evening dinner crowd. After reading several recommendations, I ordered the Saigon Special since it included grilled pork, chicken, shrimp, and a Vietnamese egg roll. It seemed like a great way to sample several of their specialties. I also started with the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. The spring rolls were enormous and easily large enough to share. The Saigon Special was equally generous, with a substantial portion of vermicelli noodles underneath the grilled meats. Everything tasted fresh, and each protein was cooked well, but none of the individual components really stood out. The meal leaned more toward generous portions and good value than bold or memorable. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch with friendly service and excellent portion sizes. While I wasn't blown away by the flavors, I appreciated the freshness and value. I'd definitely come back for the pho, which I remember having a flavorful broth and a generous portion of meat on my previous visit. With several good Vietnamese restaurants in the area, though, I'll probably continue trying other spots before making this one a regular stop.

Once we got sat we placed our orders and had food in front of us in 15ish minutes? It was great. The wings were delicious, you could throw the sauce on a tire and I'd eat it. The bowls were so refreshing and delicious and the pho was perfect. I can't wait to go back! Give this place a try, be aware the parkings tight, don't get overwhelmed or thrown off find the parking get inside and be ready for some amazing food from amazing people! Side note: everytime the older Vietnamese women came to clear our plates as we finished she told us good job for fishing our food and tbh it felt so warming and homey without thought

I am afraid that I must change my review of Pho Kim Long. I am sad to do so because this was one of…read moremy favorite local restaurants for over a decade. However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.

All things in my mind brought this down from a 5 star to a 4. Clean up the tables is definitely something the restaurant has control over. We sat down, and the acetone smell dissipated so either I was use to it or they turned down a shared ventilation system. The food though was the big surprise! It was excellent. We ordered the Special House Bun with beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a crispy egg roll. The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
