Just came in for a nightcap and dessert. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the lively atmosphere with the live Sinatra cover singer. We had great service from the bartender and he even surprised us on our cocktails. I'd love to come back and try dinner! read more

We're from Jersey, so it felt just like home in here ;) It was nice to have a different type of Nashville experience than the usual downtown scene. We came for happy hour before our dinner reservations later that night and sat at the bar. Had an old fashioned, a Negroni and the charcuterie plate. For what we received, it was quite a deal. The staff were all chatty and friendly and we appreciated the attention to the theme throughout all aspects of the restaurant. We thought the different seating areas were quite creative and well thought out. There was a good pianist singing Sinatra and similar standards which set the vibe perfectly. Would definitely return for a full dinner in the future as we are in Nashville frequently. read more

My husband and I went for brunch on our 43rd wedding anniversary. We reserved a table on OpenTable which asked if it was a special occasion. I don't expect anything free but if you ask, at least congratulate us or acknowledge. The food was very good. We ordered the breakfast extravaganza and loved everything. My fault lies in the service. We were expecting a little more pampering/attention for the price. The place was empty, we were the first to arrive for our reservation. Our server was the bartender and he spoke so softly we had trouble hearing him. He brought us everything we needed but felt like a chore. When we were done eating, I asked if he would wrap up the rest. I really wanted that sausage gravy but nope, wasn't included. Hoping for that homemade jam, again nope. Service is key in an upscale restaurant and I don't think we got it. Unfortunately we are in no hurry to go back. read more

It would be nice if they would POST that they're closed for a private event. Instead of, y'know, people making plans and parking in a garage based on the fact that they say they validate parking, and finding out when the doors are locked... read more

We decided to go to Sinatras from the great reviews we saw. Our server Michael was fantastic. We got the shrimp cocktail was good. Then we had the wedge salad was good. For dinner we each ordered the filet. We ordered it medium and it came super well done. The steak was also super dry and chewy. Mind you I have never sent a filet back in my life but this was inedible. When our waiter asked management to take the steaks off our bill management would only take 30.00 dollars off of our 120.00 steaks. Things happen and sometimes you get bad food. As long as the restaurant takes care of it it's never an issue. The management at this high end restaurant decided to cheap out. Would not recommend going here unless you have money to throw out the window. Thank you Michael for your superb service and professionalism. read more

Absolutely, positively incredible!! The vibe, the food, the cocktails, the service, the live music - all simply perfect. Like stepping back into 1961. Truly my favorite spot in Nashville. Frank would be proud. Don't miss this swingin' place, baby! read more

Great place off the standard Broadway stuff, for when you need a changeup! Just a few blocks north of Broadway, so it is an easy walk. Great vibe and ambiance. Both times we were there, we sat at the bar and had great service. They are truly professional bartenders and mix a great martini! We didn't have anything to eat other than a charcuterie tray, which was good. read more

What an amazing restaurant and bar. Atmosphere a 10. Food and drinks also a 10. Girls trip and this place made the trip. Nashville is a blast and Sinatras is a must . read more

Clear the deck -our waiter service was excellent. Chaz aka Ryan Gosling (per my daughter) was helpful in selections and shared some Nashville tips.--now on to the food --everything was delicious and seemed fresh. Ragu tasted as it should. poached pear was filled with flavor and the meatballs perfect. Music was okay -not the best Sinatra sound which we would have expected given the name. The only negative was the chicken parm which was good but not the best as advertised and the prices were high given everything. Still will give it a 5 star but would prefer a 4.5 star if we could--Would we come back ? Absolutely: The overall quality was terrific. read more

Slightly overrated, but still worth going in. The piano and the singer were good, though I wish I could've heard them better as the noise from the crowd was overbearing. The charcuterie was delicious as was the crème brûlée cheese cake and the gelato. read more

Our local favorite Every year we visit multiple times The service is amazing. Cocktails, always new and flavorful. Most importantly, the staff makes sure your experience is memorable Victoria has gone out of her way to treat us with such kindness and always is in motion. We appreciate all she has done for us. Joshua and Nicholas, thank you for your incredible service and making our cocktails just right. Also, for bringing back his favorite, the Jack Rose. We love getting to visit you all read more

One of the highlights of our trip to Nashville! Sinatra's was classy and had a great vibe. As someone who is not hip on the loud and hectic atmosphere of the Honky Tonk bars this was a welcome departure. Highlights of the experience included the super cool "My Way" make your own Martini menu and a crooner singing classic songs as we dined. The Veal Piccata was one of the best dishes we had in our entire trip in Nashville! Staff was very attentive and friendly and found it a great dining experience from start to finish. read more

Came for Father's Day. What an experience. We were the only table with small children but what a great time. My littles loved all the food . We ordered family style . We started with the sopa toscana (not pictured) 10/10, Bone in rib eye 10/10 perfectly seasoned , fettuccine Alfredo 10/10 , potatoes confit 9/10 (sauce was a little too saucy but still delicious) , and broccolini as my boys love broccoli. It fed us all. We had the whisky coffee crème brûlée ( my s/o) wasn't a fan as he prefers plain vanilla but still it was delicious. It was only available for Father's Day anyway so not on regular menu to compare . Service and the live music was also fantastic . Will return to try other menu items and some of their cocktails . read more

Ambiance is good. Live music was amazing! Food was mediocre, and for an Italian place disappointed with no bread. Flavors were standard but for the pricing nothing special or phenomenal. Pasta was good and zucchini fries were good. Just didn't have the "wow" factor. The lady hostess in the front is super nice and friendly and just amazing! I love her! read more

Fun bar and restaurant, with great location right on the promenade along the lake. Lovely service

I feel like it could have been great - 5 stars. Waiter was wonderful. Food was good. General ambience was sophisticated. Here's where it fell short. Our table for two was crammed into a corner that shared a space with a 6 person table in a little nook upstairs. My view was of a boring wall. Not the restaurant's fault but the table of 6 that we shared this over crowded space with were loud and drunk. It was obvious enough that the waiter should have offered to move us. Honestly management, you should just remove that table. Also in that area, there was another table full of silverware and another full of supplies. Felt like we were in a storage room. It should be cleaned up. The rest of the restaurant looked amazing and had we been in another area I could have rated much higher. My food was good but the appetizer was made with the same exact sauce as my dinner. Just felt like I was eating the same thing twice. It got old quick. This experience was disappointing. read more

Wow! My wife and I stopped in for dessert and coffee after dinner elsewhere. The Uber-Friendly staff greeted us and seated us at the raw bar. The place was packed on a Tuesday night. A great ambiance, but the friendly staff are what we will remember most. Multiple people checked on us, offering some suggestions along with fun, casual conversation. We ordered 2 Cappuccinos, 2 shots of Kahlua, and the Tiramisu (which comes with 2 scoops of gelato and a macaroon)! We tried the marscapone gelato, and it was super creamy and delicious (like vanilla ice cream on steroids). We will definitely be back for dinner or lunch. The kindness of the staff and the delicious food is exactly what you want when you visit a place like this. Top notch. read more

What a beautiful spot ruined by rude employees. Came in with a party of 4 girls sat at the bar, bartender ( Steven ) never approached us ( bar is not busy btw ) Barback served us. ( man bun glasses ) We asked for 3 lychee martinis unfortunately my friend did not like hers... we tell him and instead of him apologizing he said " well you're still going to have to pay for it " excuse me? Not a " I'm sorry how can i fix it?" Or "can i get you anything else? " he then also added it didn't taste good because it was not on their cocktail menu. What? If you're going to promote yourself as a sophisticated steak house, match the vocabulary. We immediately closed our tab. totally ruined our experience here and will not be returning. read more

Sinatra - Italian Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

A friend tipped us off to this place so we left the broadway area and headed over to Sinatra Bar. We thought it was more of a cocktail bar, but it's more of a restaurant. We didn't have a reservation but they were willing to accomodate us at the bar. As a note, they do have a dress code which prohibits sports attire. It was freezing out and I had a vintage super bowl crewneck underneath my jacket. It wasn't a jersey nor did it even have teams on it, but because it was sports related, it was a no go. I had a plain shirt on underneath though and they were very accomodating considering we didn't know what we were showing up to. They guy on the piano was great and he even took one of our requests. The star of the night though was the cocktails. We had six in our party and everyone was wowed by the drinks. I ordered an old fashioned to start and also got to try some friends drinks. We were all obsessed with the creamy limoncello and I might event try to make one at home. I finished with a pour of Angels Envy Rye which was priced very reasonably considering it's a pricey bottle. We wished we had arrived earlier so we could have had more time, but we each had a couple drinks before it was time to go. If you need to use the restroom you head upstairs to the hotel area. I love a beautiful restroom find and these ones were stunning. Next time we will come prepared with appropriate attire and a reservation. I'd love to try to food as well, but we really enjoyed this as a cocktail stop on our journey. read more

Always a must go to in Nashville on Sunday and Monday nights we are truly blessed to listen to the incredible voice of Ryan J Driscoll... A beautiful, excellently designed space. A bit smaller than we had expected, it's exactly how you'd want a restaurant named Sinatra to look. Live music on a Friday night was spot on Sinatra tunes, first a pianist/singer, followed later in the evening by a three piece. Oysters half shell were perfect. Very fresh, properly cleaned and shucked, well plated. Also split a shrimp cocktail, and the two made a very nice opening course. We each ordered a salad. I had the chopped wedge, the wife the insalada mista. They were both very good, but also both huge, and we'd certainly share just one next visit. Got the ragu pappardelle for my main. Delicious, recommend, though like the salads, the portion was enormous. It's plenty to share, or to take home and enjoy the next day. Wife got the walnut crusted halibut, at the wait person's suggestion for the best light main, and was very happy with it. The service was consistently excellent throughout the evening. Dessert of a shared tiramisu was light and tasty. Wife tried a lemoncello at the wait persons suggestion and thought it was fabulous, and a must end to every visit. The space is brilliant, the food excellent. Only a couple things that keep me from clicking the 5th star. First, it's so loud that it's very challenging to have a conversation. Secondly, they really need to set up valet service, not just validate nearby garage parking. It was a bit of a zoo right outside the front door, particularly on a frigid winter night. I realize there might be some space and logistic issues that make valet challenging, but it's really something that you'd expect, given the theme, space, and quality of the restaurant. Overall, we'll happily be planning return visits. read more

Loved the ambiance and service! The food was ok. Our steaks came out a little over cooked but our waitress and the GM made it right!!

We arrived dressed and early for an 8:15 reservation. We were told we were too early and the bar was standing room only. Never have I ever been turned away from a restaurant bar I had reservations at. Fast forward - come back at res time to be told again on the most unfriendly tone that the table was having dessert. During the next 15 min we were told they were paying , table was getting ready. All we were looking for was a smile, a kind word, an apology they were running late. We never got our table and left at 8:40. Bill Miller and the Icon group, please take a look at who is representing your establishment. Thank goodness for the Twelve / Thirty club. 5 stars in every category. read more

We had been waiting for this restaurant to open for years as we're from the Northeast and are huge fans of Sinatra. This is such a wonderful place! We came here for our anniversary and it was a fitting place in which to celebrate. The atmosphere is wonderful and is classy and traditional, which we love. We were seated close to the piano so we were able to enjoy the music, which was lovely and not too loud at all. Our server was attentive throughout our meal and he did a great job. Our whole meal was delicious from the fried calamari to the broccolini, potatoes, and steaks. We also enjoyed lovely cocktails/bourbon and gelato and it was a fantastic meal overall. We loved coming here and will definitely celebrate here again! read more

My friends and I wanted drinks on a Tuesday night with good vibes so we came to Sinatra's.. we sat at the bar since we weren't ordering food. Steven was the bartender that night and we had a tall white male with long hair and glasses that was the barback who brought us iced waters, throughout the whole interaction not once did the bartender come and introduce himself, take our order or check in on us. We asked if we could get lychee martinis and the barback told the bartender, once the drinks were made and the barback brought it to us - I did not like my drink so I told the barback if he could switch it out for me (keep in mind my drink was still full) he said "well you're still going to have to pay for it" ... that's not what I asked and that's not how you speak to a paying customer. I brushed it off and ordered another drink, when he brought the tab we asked to speak to someone in charge because it felt unfair having to pay for something that I didn't drink nor like, the manager on duty did not come over and try to diffuse the situation nor apologize. The drink was removed from our tab and the barback again brought us the new tab.. there's no high end customer service for a steakhouse. It left a bad taste in our mouth and honestly wouldn't come back nor recommend this place, even for drinks. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

It was simply superb! It had been a long work day and I slipped in here for a relaxing bite to eat. As a solo diner I sat at the bar and all three bartenders made me feel at home. I ordered the meatball appetizer and the Brussels sprouts and an espresso martini topped off the meal. The ambiance was relaxed and the live piano and crooner vocals made the whole experience top notch. I'm so glad I stopped in and will bring colleagues here next time. read more

Based on the reviews here, we made reservations (Labor Day weekend) and adhered to the dress code. We were surprised to see that they've seemed to have relaxed their policy on clothing. I'd still call to check as their website still says they prefer business casual. The food was ok (failed to take pics) and the cocktails were strong. We've had better but as the place is still evolving and adjusting to its clientele, we're hopeful to see and taste some improvements next time we visit. The vibe is really nice and Gary (our server) was amazing! Also, great location as it's close enough to Broadway without being neck-deep in the tourist crowd. read more

Have been waiting to try Sinatra since the billboard went up months ago, so I chose for my birthday dinner out with friends. I'm not going to say I'm a foodie but we eat out fairly regularly at both high end and casual restaurants. I expected Sinatra to be up there with Bourbon, Kayne Prime and Eddy V type service, however Sinatra did not deliver. The restaurant itself is beautiful and they did a great job with the bar area and seating on the lower floor. We were sat up by the piano and kitchen and I felt like it was pretty squished. Once we were sat, our server came over pretty quickly with a drink menu and a different person brought out waters. It look way too long to get food menus and even though our server had I believe a total of 4? tables all right next to each other, he seemed to struggle. Regardless, we all ordered our drinks and they came semi quickly. We ordered 4 different apps: oysters, calamari, meatballs and zucchini fries. The oysters were fresh and the meatballs were large and well seasoned. The calamari was very salty and the zucchini fries were soggy. For meals, we had the chicken parm (8/10... lots of cheese! Yum!), the short rib pasta, carbonara, and cioppino Italiano. The pappardelle (short rib) was really good, as was the cioppino. Our friend did not like his carbonara and actually had it sent back and he ordered the pappardelle instead. One of the managers came out and basically tried to tell us they make their carbonara traditional so if that's not what he was expecting, he wouldn't like it... kinda seemed like he was making an excuse. After we were fairly full from our apps and entrees, we ordered dessert: mini cannoli, cheesecake and bananas foster gelato. All were good in my opinion and I did get a candle to celebrate my bday. My husband and friends all got dessert drinks, which my husband enjoyed but my friends did not like the espresso martinis and had them remade. We go out to eat with this couple often and I've never seen them be picky about service or send anything back, and they were very apologetic about it to us. Overall- I would rate food a 3, but service a 1. Unfortunately it seems like either our server wasn't prepared or fully trained. I even saw one of the managers yell at him saying something along the lines of "we don't do this during service".... So maybe he was having a bad night. For a $500 meal, it was not nearly worth the price. I'd rather go to one of the numerous other places in Nashville, and unfortunately I don't know that we will be back to Sinatra. read more
