Sinaloa Factory is amazing. The staff are pleasant and the food is delicious. There is such a large menu with vegetarian options as well. Sinaloa Factory offers sushi with a twist of Mexican. If you are tired of the same old sushi, and are in need of a change, then this is the restaurant you need. With so many different types of sushi it will be difficult for your taste buds to get bored. My entire experience here was great. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Even in a busy setting they provide great service. There are two locations to serve the Greater Toronto Area and I love that it is in two different ends of the city. There is adequate seating in the Woodbridge location and even a small patio. Mexican sushi, give it a try you will not be disappointed!

Just saw the restaurant when I brought my vehicle to this industrial/car repair mall. Not sure what to expect to be perfectly honest. They followed all covid protocols including taking my info down (small thing but so many places do not do this). The girl at the front was really friendly and polite. Not knowing what I wanted I ordered the $12 pork sandwich so I could eat on the go. She suggested I just sit in my car and she would bring the food to me. That's great! A pleasant surprise to find such a nice spot and great Mexican food. The sandwich was really good and I loved all the side sauces. Next time I need to service my vehicle, I don't need to aimlessly walk or sit around, I can get authentic Mexican food and hopefully even sit inside!

Nuerto roll. Supposed to be spicy, but it's not spicy at all. So it's safe to order if you don't like spicy food.

Came here because it's close to my office. In addition, the menu selection is unique, it makes my mouth watering as I was imagining the food. So we finally came & ordered shrimp taco and nuerto fried roll (spicy roll). Taco is sooooo good! Shrimp has a nice grilled/smoky taste. The taco itself is warm. And wahetever yummy spices was used, it goes really well! It's the best taco I ever have! Fried roll is big (and filling). It's filled with shrimp&cream cheese, topped with jalapeno& their famous tampico (creamy crab sauce with spices), and drizzled with bittersweet sauce. It also came with grilled pepper & shredded carrot on the side. They have their own homemade 'soy sauce' for the sushi. Wow, it's definitely a delish twist and nice change from typical japanese sushi. Sushi has more rice & bigger size (I have to bite 2x for 1pc).Yes it fall apart, but it's no big deal! Flavour is more important :D Eating the sushi together with the soy sauce (it taste more sweet instead of salty), griled pepper & carrot give 'colorful&beautiful' flavor! It is THAT good! I wish they sell the tampico too. I can make sandwich with it at home We also had (free) tortilla chips with the salsa sauce. I usually don't like salsa sauce (store-bought or home-made by non Mexican. It has a 'particular' taste). But this one is the best! It's refreshing! My husband was surprised to see me eating big chunk of it (and I surprise myself too).lol Service is great! Interior decor & music are beautiful. Will recommend it to my co-workers and we'll be back to try different menus

A cute little taco place we stumbled on. Really great ambiance. The Baja taco had great portions, fluffy interior with a nice crisp. We came on a Tuesday- special for 3 Taco of the same kind for $12. Their homemade sauce and dip was by far one of the best . Everything was fresh and had great acidity balance. The fusion sushi was loaded with crabmeat- really great and had a nice crispy exterior. The service was amazing, very professional and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely be a returning customer

Have eaten here several times since they recently opened. You can get both traditional Mexican dishes, as well as unique Mexican style sushi. All the sushi is cooked, and has either seafood, vegetarian, chicken, or meat. The food is very delicious. I'm still in the process of trying out all the dishes. It will take a while, as they have a very full menu. Available for takeout or delivery during the Covid19 times. It was very brave to start a new business venture during this time. Please enjoy the food and also help support a local business

Awesome northwest mexican flavour on Carne asada tacos, shrimp ceviche tostadas, and Sinaloa style sushi. Takes me back home! Recommend all Canadians to try the original Mexican sushi brought to you by this restaurant. I love the taco Tuesday and Wednesday sushi promos. I had my bday there as well.

They have quite a few special roll options, though most were derivatives of California and Dynamic rolls. Tried the Lion King and Tataki Attack. Both were good with thin rice layers and relatively fresh seaweed wraps. I liked the Lion King better since it had more fillings. Chicken Karaage was so-so, more like pre-made chicken popcorn than authentic karaage. Shrimp Tempura was good - big shrimps wrapped in the thin, light and crispy batter. Service was great, the staff was very considerate - created a bigger space for us and added tea and napkins timely. Overall, a decent spot for sushi if you're in the area, but nothing that would make me drive across town. We showed up around 5:30 pm for an early dinner on Good Friday and still had to wait about half hour. What was ordered: Chicken karaage rice bowl Sushi and sashimi combo Sushi roll combo The verdict? The sashimi was good. Thick fresh slices. The roll (a version of California roll) was really disappointing. Way too much crab salad filler. The chicken karaage rice bowl was incredibly plain. Pieces of karaage on top of rice drizzled with mayo. The service was good but there wasn't enough to set them apart.

We were also informed it would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 40-45 minutes due to the lunchtime rush. Totally understandable though, and the manager was very apologetic and even gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit along with our box. When the food arrived, the presentation of the tasting box was absolutely WOW.. it was so beautifully done. We were honestly just too hungry at that point to admire it for long. Unfortunately, I noticed the first roll I picked still had cucumber in it, and when we flagged it, the staff immediately looked into it. It turned out there was a miscommunication about the substitution, and most of the rolls in the box had cucumber. The manager personally came over, apologized, explained everything, and immediately took care of it by offering to remake the box without cucumber and providing a full refund, which really went above and beyond. Despite the hiccup, the service and care from the team really stood out. Mistakes happen, especially during busy lunch hours, but the way the team responded made a big difference. I'd definitely come back again.

I ordered the dream platter and aburi Syaki oshi. I wasn't expecting it to be nicely packaged and it was a damn shame we threw them out but I almost felt like I paid for the extra nice packaging only to have it be tossed... but it does make an excellent gift for someone who really loves sushi! I wasn't expecting the gold leaf OR edible flower garnish at all. It was a very cute touch on this very snowy day. The oshi sort of fell apart everytime I picked it up which was a shame because it was nicely charred and sweet from the mango. Bit of a personal peeve but I don't think sushi should fall apart when you pick it up with a chopstick. I think it should stay in tact. Next time I'm gonna order takeout and have it delivered so I can feel like I had a nice package of sushi delivered

The environment is clean and typical of a Japanese Eatery and you'll notice some cheezy decorations to keep you aware that you're in for a Japanese Meal. Notice the staff in Casual Daily attire at the Sushi Bar, he offered me a seat as I look at the Lunch Specials and the Menu. There were some Ramune Drinks listed on 8x11s taped to the walls as long as another that listed a Sushi & Sashimi Lunch and a Lady Lunch. The Maki's posted seem to be quite Canadian in nature such as Crispy Maki, Silver Roll and Snowman. I hear the staff speak Chinese quite a bit between themselves which is no surprise at all within the Vaughan Japanese restaurant scene. Chicken Udon(Lunch Special $6.99) was nothing exciting to speak of. 3 ingredients in total consisting of some low quality Udon, Teppan fried Dark Meat Chicken and a Broth with a touch of sweetness. Sashimi Appetizer($6.99) didn't look appetizing but I have to say at least it was of decent portion quatity the size of 2 Sashimi pieces(2-bite). Looks can show how obvious the Sashimi was not cut with skill hands while the Fish especially Tuna didn't seem fresh and most surprising neither was the Pickled Ginger.

Teriyaki chicken and beef were good too. My biggest problem and the likely reason for not returning - sitting by the window, for which there are many tables/seats, the place was freezing! We had to wear our jackets inside the restaurant. I'm sure they know they have an insulation problem as well weren't the only ones wearing jackets inside.
