Well this is my second month with the phone and i went to the store to pay my monthly fee and i came to find out it was disconnected and now i had to pay a re connection fee of $90 plus $5 service fee another thing she didn't tell me. She kept yapping about doing this for 15 years to avoid people like me whatever that meant. Anyways please stay away from this sales trap especially the unprofessional lady.

Oh and later on I found out she opened my phone to go and follow her own Instagram page without me knowing? If that's not an invasion of privacy idk what is. Store has hours open until 5pm. It's currently 1:20 pm. I've been observing this store since 12:30…read morepm and sitting in the car waiting for my friend to finish her nails in the shop next door. There have been a few customers going to the door of this place and trying to open the door, but nobody opens. One man came around 1 o'clock and was knocking on the door. An Employee came to the door and was trying to talk to him with the door closed. I don't know what she told him. maybe they were on lunch I don't know, but the man left frustrated. Clearly there are employees there inside, but I don't know if they are just chilling in there or what is going on, but it is kind of weird that there are not opening the door to anyone even though their hours are posted that they are open until five. Poor customer service. Oh my gosh, it is currently 1:24 PM and another person tried to open the door and nobody opens. What is going on here? You mean to tell me that their lunch is from 12:30-1:30 and there not 1 single employee that can keep the store running while another employee goes in lunch...no there is definitely something going on here

According to them, they fix the phones prior to selling them but said they do not need to let the customer know it was "damaged" prior to them supposedly fixing them, and I say supposedly because the phone will still not function after they "fix them". Their 5 day return policy with the 20% restocking fee is a major red flag, whatever you do please do not enter this store it's a big waste of time and money. They primarily sell to elderly people, or people that are not tech savvy and will say anything to make a sale, not sure how they are still in business. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!

I wasn't under any contract. Despite that, the process was extremely frustrating -- I was transferred multiple times, placed on long holds, and repeatedly encouraged to stay instead of being allowed to cancel directly. Each call lasted around 30 minutes or more, and I often had to repeat the same information. Eventually, after many attempts, the service was finally stopped -- but the amount of stress and time it took was far more than I expected for something so basic. This review is not about any specific office -- I don't know which location handled my account. I just wanted to share how mentally exhausting and unnecessarily difficult the cancellation process was for me.
