Because I'm a contact lenses wearer, I have many questions about my eye health as well as different types of lenses that I want to try on. Dr. is not only willing to answer the questions but also enthusiastic in explaining other information thoroughly! Great experience every time I come here. So I needed service ASAP and this office was the only place near me with out a two week wait and were able to see me that Saturday! The office is small but comfortable! My wife had visited Dr. Kalli Leung for her eye exam and she was very happy with Simply Vision Optometry. So I decided to visit them as well. Setting up my appointment over the phone was very smooth. My experience at the reception was also very pleasant and Joanna helped me with the paperwork with a smile! I had a regular eye exam with Dr. Leung and she is excellent. She did a thorough exam. What I really liked about her approach was that she laid all the facts in front of me, gave me her opinion but she let me make the final decision about my eye care. My insurance coverage was handled smoothly as well. Very happy with my appointment at Simply Vision!! I had my eye exam scheduled here based on word of mouth, however once I finished my exam here, I was fully convinced of the good references Simply Vision received. First of all, making appointments was extremely easy with the friendly staff even early in the morning. They do make an effort to ensure there are always attentive anf helpful staff at the lines. well I've always had perfect vision, but I still go in annually for eye exam since I'm entitled to this benefit. Dr. Leung's service was so professional and cheerful that she makes this annual routine a pleasant experience. Despite having perfect vision, I'm a curious person that loves to ask medical questions. I was taken away by how patient Dr. Leung was answering to my curiosity. She really cares about her clients. Not only does she speak multiple Chinese dialects making translation easy for Chinese American like me, she also explains difficult matters in the most easily-understandable way. After receiving a friend's recommendations,, I visited Dr. Kalli Leung for the first time this year for my annual eye exam and got superb service. Dr. Leung answered all my questions, and offered advice that I would never thought of to ask. She has a very delightful demeanor, and communicates in an easy to understand way. I also like how she doesn't force certain prescriptions on you. She patiently explained to me different types of lenses, and weighed there benefits and costs. Together, we were able to choose one that made the most sense, and one I was most comfortable with. She is also very accessible after my exam. May I just say I hate doctors, but Dr Leung has been so sweet. My first time was painless and informative. I ordered my contacts . came and got them tried them on that night.... Could not see! I was confused. I called that Monday and within hours they corrected the problem and with in the same week my new lenses arrived. And she even gave my a free pair just be sure! Small but clean, well lit, and well-organized. The girl that assisted me in browsing the frames did not seem to mind at all and was very friendly. The doctor herself was very helpful and thorough in explaining why certain options were better than others when it came to the lenses themselves and the pricing seemed reasonable. The technology that they had to offer seemed more advanced than what they offer at the standard LensCrafters. I did not find a particular pair of frames that I liked, but the customer service is outstanding and they do offer to make lenses from frames that are not theirs - although she said that they are not liable if they believe the frames might not hold up when putting new lenses into an existing pair of frames (due to natural wear) I cannot comment on the eye exam process or the price as I had mine done elsewhere but i can only assume that it is as good a quality as everything else and would consider going there for future eye exams. read more

This is one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to!!! Dr Leung is extremely knowledgable and has an amazing ability to explain things so even a non-specialist can understand the details. Her staff is phenomenal at working with insurance providers and making sure you get the most from your benefits. Dr. Leung is amazing! She really cares about her patients and she is very detail-orientated and made sure I was on board with every little information that I need to know for my eyes. I am a very old school, stubborn patient and have been using the same brand/type of contact lens over 15 years. No other optometrists were able to convince me for a change but Dr. Leung was so patient with me and explained how technology has advance and encouraged me to try a new model. I came in today 09/08/16 to come get my eyes exam, never been to this location before and actually found this place on yelp. With all the good reviews i had to come in and see for myself. I do not have insurence coverage so it was out of pocket they work with both. When i 1st came in i was happily greated by Sharon. She was very friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. She had me fill out some paperwork for my exam. Sharon had ran couple eye test on me before i went in to see Dr. Leung, Sharon made me feel very comfortable for my 1st viset. After i did them Test from Sharon i went in the see Dr. Leung. I was happily greated by her, she ran couple tests to see how bad my eyes were..after everything, she explain and went over what was going on with my eyes, what prescription lens i needed for my contacts and glasses, she had good recommendations. She throughly went over everything and made sure i understand what was going on and how to properly used the contacts that i had recieve today, very helpful. Thank you Dr. Leung! Last step i was helped out by Sharon again to go over on how to properly clean my contacts, put them on and take them out. She also help me picked out some nice glasses frame for the budget that i have. I was happy with how good help i was geting Dr. Leung and Sharon made me feel good about coming here today! I'm 46 and this is the best eye doctor I've been to! Dr. Leung really cares and is a great communicator! She also keeps up on the latest breakthroughs in optometry. My eyes are difficult as they are changing and my last eye doctor tried so many contacts until we ran out of trials. I think she was a good doctor but just couldn't figure it out and so I haven't been able to see well close, medium or far for over a year now and was trying to accept this was a part of aging. Dr. Leung found a pair that worked for me on her first try and I think it's because she really listens and asks the right questions (and is just really great at what she does). My vision improved so dramatically I was almost in tears from gratitude. I know not everyone can be so fortunate with their eyesight but if there is a chance for you to see better Dr. Leung is who you want to go to. The staff are awesome too... they understood and explained clearly my very complicated insurance plan. read more

Made a appointment online to have my eye exam today. Dr. Leung was very detail and took her time to check on my eyes. No pressure at all ask if I wanted to dilate my eyes today and I said no because I don't like the feeling of any liquid drop into my eyes. The front desk lady's was really helpful too in picking out the right frame and different type of upgrades to the lens. Since I work for a retina Surgeon I new if they was going to up sell me on products that I didn't need. I was just pretending to not now anything to see what type of business this is. The most cuties thing was I speak Cantonese but they had no clue that I understand what they were saying. And they wasn't taking trash behind my back which I had bad experience before with lenscrafter One of the worker was a trainee but did her best to help out. Over all really friendly down to earth place. Would highly recommend them. Can't wait to get my new glasses in a week. The best part is they notice my old glass was so dirty they clean it for me for free. FYI the staff was super adorable too "look at my right eye now look and my left eye" little that I no Dr Leung noes the Dr that I work for too I had no clue. read more
