Very nice and helpful staff, especially for special compounded formulations of medicines, including for pets. Free local delivery, or one can pick up at their store across the street from the CTA-Pace-Metra bus & train stations. However, I recommend dealing with them only by telephone and voicemail (despite what their website says). Email often gets lost, so I nearly got stuck on a refill, almost running out of my cat's vital medicine. And, staff do not know how to set up the phone/internet refill app for the customer, so I would avoid that too. (To the owner: I highly recommend that you remove the email and app mentions from your website, until you improve your IT systems to always work promptly and effectively with your staff and customers.) read more

I've used Simply Pure for a couple things besides getting my Covid-19 booster shots since 2021 and they were able to fill a compound prescription for one of my pugs two years ago. Every time I've been in there the entire staff from the receptionist to the pharmacist have been extremely friendly, caring and very sociable. Sami, the owner, is a dedicated businessman who does whatever it takes to get your prescriptions done as quickly as is possible and accurately. Given the nature of the business, of course the staff must maintain an, again, PROFESSIONAL, demeanor and treat each customer with respect. I somewhat recently had to leave my cat's old compounding pharmacy because they stopped taking veterinary patients. At first I was really upset, but now that I've found Simply Pure, I see that it was incredible good fortune! I've never been in person since I live in the city (and they ship), but I've never once felt distant from them. They are so sweet and I never feel rushed through phone calls when I have questions, and they are INCREDIBLY accommodating. You can refill prescriptions online, too. Their communication is top-notch--I get text messages when my cat's prescription ships out which is really nice. The medications are packed very well and cold ones are kept very cold. They have a very streamlined and efficient process and I really appreciate the warmth, kindness, and care in which they implement it. He's worked hard to accommodate my myriad of allergies and specifications, and he's provided customer service that has far exceeded our expectations and that we've received at chain stores. As someone with extremely sensitive skin and allergies, they've been able to create compounded lotions and products that fulfill my doctor's requirements and don't trigger my skin allergies. I've recommended them to others in the area, and I'll continue to use them for my prescriptions, my over-the-counter lotions and ointments, and my dog's prescriptions! I had a specialty Rx that was previously compounded by Walgreen's on Green Bay Road, Wilmette IL. When a refill was needed I learned that pharmacy no longer compounds that Rx. Online I discovered Simply Pure. The pharmacy's service was EXCELLENT! Not only was the drug compounded quickly, but the cost was actually less than Walgreen's. After discussing the Rx with me in person, the pharmacist used better vehicle (a topical cream instead of petrolatum) that was less "icky" and more effective and dispensed in a container that was easier to use. I am extremely satisified and recommend Simply Pure for specialty medications. read more

I have tried numerous peels and skin care lotions. I have been using this since the summer and has noticed a huge difference. My grandson was touching my face and said that my face was so soft.
