When one of our friends posted a 4 star review, the team lead would not let up until it was corrected to a 5 star review. He said he would be fired if the 4 star review remained online. It created an uncomfortable tension during an already stressful move. I am grateful for their good hard work, but I would prefer to post a review because of the quality of service, not because I feel pressured to in the moment. The crews should be allowed to do their job without worrying about how many 5 star reviews they can get from the customer.

We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

It did take a full day to get a driver & a Helper available at the same time. But when they did show up, they were WONDERFUL ! Ben and Ted were on time, conscientious, careful & considerate. They were as concerned as I was to not scrape walls, floors, nor furniture. They covered the furniture in their trucks with blankets and tarp to protect from a light rain we had that day. They drove at a nice, steady, safe pace - considering my furniture the whole ride. They both wore masks at all times and even though the furniture was heavy, they asked if they should take off their shoes when entering my house. They wanted to be sure because they said "we don't want to make a mess". They worked together very well.
