The baker was friendly and responsive at least. I am extremely let down by this cake and feel embarrassed to even show it off in photos. The cake itself is extremely, extremely dry. My husband also asked for filling and she did not add it. The frosting is good at least but unfortunately we won't be eating another bite of the cake. So frustrated.

Her building is on Broadway, (roads are bumpy so be careful when driving with your treats), It's a little hidden behind some poles but they have a sign right when you walk in. They have signs for the pastries but would be great to have a menu listing out ingredients/a short description. I got the gingerbread bread and the espresso butter banana bread. I really liked the gingerbread one, it had a nice orange zesty flavor and wasn't overly sweet. Texture was great and I loved all the toppings. For the coffees/drinks, they are from another coffee shop which was disappointing because I was looking forward to something new. The espresso buttery on its own was good but the flavor disappeared on the bread. I wanted a little more texture to the banana bread but my boyfriend really enjoyed it and said it was one of the best so take that as you will. Very cutely decorated for the holidays and decent seats to do work.

Their food is pretty standard, run-of-the-mill Dier/deli type food. They serve iced tea which is really delicious and they also have sodas, but I prefer the tea. I've never had trouble with the service there or any employees being rude or unkind. And the prices are very equivalent to most places in the area today.
